wow.congratulation kaz. indeed, it is quite an achievement fo nogi as a whole. rare talent among even including all idols from the past. nogi is basically hitting the jackpot with ikuta and kazumin. i hope she will release a few more books when in nogi before she wants to graduate. both will gain good promotion and benefit.

I'm sorry I haven't kept you updated on the Trapezium translation project. I still very much intend on finishing it, but moving back to the United States, and getting back into the swing of things, among a ton of other things put it on the back burner.

That being said, I had finished Chapter 1 months ago. I was 100% on track when I first started it. I just need to proof read it and edit it and I can upload it.

I do have one question though. The original idea is that I would finish each chapter and upload them when I'm finished. That being said, the later chapters tend to be thicker than the 1st chapter. With that, I can either still translate entire chapters but it will most likely take longer than a month, or I can upload the sub chapters, which will come more frequently, but it will leave you with a cliffhanger instead of a conclusion to that chapter.

So whichever sounds best let me know. If things go as planned I'll have the 1st chapter uploaded by the first of June.

That'd be wonderful. Full chapter would be nice. Nevertheless, pick the one is easier for you. We're grateful enough to see Kazumin's novel translated be it small script or a whole chapter.

If I may ask, how is her writing style?

I hope Ayane can also try to be a novelist as she seems to have great talent at it.

How come Kazumi doesn't get mentioned much when talking about good singers in Nogizaka? She's always been prominent in many of the unit songs, and usually her lines really stand out. I just think we should appreciate her singing more.

 

maybe because it gets overshadowed by her outstanding variety skill??

 

She's smart to do variety. It does not require much time and effort or acting expertise unlike dramas, movies, stage plays and musicals . And not to mention an easy source of cash .

 

But variety isn't for everyone.

 

But it is certainly less of a brainer than roles in dramas and musicals .

 

Actually it's needed more, imo. Because it's without script, if you are not smart or aware enough you may miss your chance
But yes, acting need more effort in practice.
