To everyone watching from Nagoya… I love Nagoya, I love SKE. I want to show the people of Nagoya the merit of SKE48 even more, and I want to become an idol that Nagoya can be proud of.

Churi went to see Rena's stage play (I hope Rena returns the favour in September when Churi performs in the Re:Life Musical XD), the bird even brought the princess a cake ^_^ according to Rena.

This blog post really struck a chord. All international fans must feel what she describes to a certain degree, so it was quite meaningful for her to address it.

Churi was quite the celebrity at Tokyo Idol Festival. Here is a collection of the pictures SKE members took with other idols they met yesterday, and you can see just how many were taken with Churi. Churi remembered Ota Riona, the sister of Ayamelo who graduated from NMB in 2012. It's a bit weird they didn't take any pictures with NGT considering NGT performed immediately after them.

Today I performed at Tokyo Idol Festival 2016!!!


We were the first performers on the Hot Stage in the morning!


It was intense right from the start!


Last year I was surprised by the particular intensity and excitement of TIF, but this year I was able to get in harmony with that atmosphere and it felt like I leveled up lol

After it ended I took some purikuras with the TIF machine!

Everyone was photographed, and I was put with these members!

Sarina scribbled in a way that was popular when we were high school students and there was a roar of laughter lol

The text is way too big I laughed

(It has the nuance of meaning three people who are so close they’re the same person) [TN: I think…]

Sarina, who was writing that that, said “Huh… there aren’t any stamps with that written?”

Well duh ( ；∀；)!!

Wasn’t that term was popular like 10 years ago? lol

While thinking about that stuff I wondered “Where did my 3 daughters in 1 go?”

I remember all of us thanking the staff last year and telling them that we were looking forward to performing next year as well.

I’m really happy that we were able to appear this year as well.

I hope SKE gets invited to TIF next year too (^ω^)☆

Here’s a spin-off story!

At TIF many wota gathered and had an awesome day.

After my performance at TIF I had some time before my next job to pursue my own wota activities.

That activity is… of course!

Yesterday and today I went to an event in Tokyo called “The 13th Bird & Small Animal Fair!”

When you step in there are tons of small birds waiting for you…

There were people walking around with parrots on their shoulders and all I could think of was “Ahhh this is the best.”

Pictures were allowed so most people took them with their phones, but there were some who took pictures with digital cameras. Amongst those people, there was one girl setting up her camera and looking into it seriously, which was me. Hehe.

There were booths where you could take parrots in your hands…

Cockatiel-tan!

It smelled nice and sweet…

My current female cockatiel, Po-chan (Popuru), absolutely hates doing that.

(Po-chan is a mommy’s girl)

When she sees me, she makes a face like “Oh no!” and runs away with all her might lol

She has the habit of pulling her hair out, so I call her Hagepo or Ohage, which might be unpleasant but I swear it’s out of love.

So today, that cockatiel surprisingly gave me a godly treatment and fished me.

Maybe Po-chan will be in a better mood soon…

With that in mind I bought my birds many gifts.


I’m a fanatic.

I bought a shirt I really wanted some food for the birds.

As such my bird wota activities were successful! Thank you!

With this Po-chan will cheer up and my corps of rosy-faced lovebirds will also feel very good! lol

That was neat seeing other idols who like Churi. With all the gripes fans have with management and her position in SKE it's easy to forget that she's still a big name in the idol wota world, and one of the biggest stars at an event like TIF.

I was kinda disappointed with TIF though. I could've sworn I read somewhere that they had a longer setlist. Last year was longer and not all lip-synched. Still great energy from the crowd though.

 

For those unaware, Churi a few months back was cast in a stage play adaptation of the ReLIFE anime, as Kariu Rena, which I should say is a WCast role with Hamagashira Yu. Yesterday, she participated in a live broadcast with the rest of the cast, showing part of the rehearsal and some talk segments. (I wonder if she'll have scenes with the guy playing Oga.... Kariu & Oga were my otp in the anime so...). She will perform from the 8th to the 14th, in Tokyo (That's from the 8th till 19th of nxt month) as they also have a Osaka portion on the 24th & 25th
