Stage Team A 4th [Tadaima Renaichuu] Revival

^What does the 'PV' mean? I didn't know Ganbare had one...

In honor of the revival, I will be watching the A4 DVD tonight.

 

PV means "promotional video." I think that's what music videos were originally called.

As for "Ganbare" having a PV, I think I saw it on YouTube a long while back, though I don't know if it really is an official release. It did, however, have footage of dance practice and whatnot if my memory serves me correctly.

That has the song against a mixture of footage of Team A rehearsals which take place in the hall and the theatre, and ends with them about to go on stage. I don't know if it's the official PV for that song either, but I've never seen it before anyway, and it's quite well done, so it was worth finding! Thanks for the info!

Are they now using SEEDs for A4? Didn't last time they perform it, they just did without the missing members and another girl just sang the lines?

That's what I was thinking when it said there was a PV (actually, first I thought of the Boku no Hana PV), but I guess I thought that was fan-made for YouTube.

Here's another question pertaining to that, did Michiru perform Ganbare only on the night she graduated, or did she perform it every night? I thought it was the 'special program' because it was a one-time thing, this being said, why would there be a video to 'replace' it, when it only happened once?

 

What's the point in reviving their fourth stage? Couldn't they give them a fifth one?

 

^I think that would put too much strain on the choreographers, lyricist Akimoto, and the rest of the staff to have to begin two stages so close together. Besides, since A4 was performed 31-ish times, they should probably do more.

My guess is that A4 was only performed before Himawari as a sort of placeholder so Team K could catch up and finish K3. I'm thinking that the first run was more of a preview for now.

 

Ah. That makes sense. (And is 31 times not a lot? XD)

So, A4 has some catching up to do. I would say they'll be doing it till July... but that's just a somewhat random guess.
