I haven't played it yet, Im only thinking of buying it, but
as far as I know, Kratos is only available for the PS3 Version.
Unfortunately there is no extra Character for the 360 version at all  ...

Yeah, Microsoft doesn't let anyone license anything of theirs, no characters or anything. Tis why you can't find wireless controllers for the 360 that aren't MS brand. Greedy greedy bastards.

MK is great. Its a throwback to the OLD MKs. Super bloody/gory. The xray mode is extremely painful to watch and fatalities are great.

Most reviewers gave it an 8.. which is great for a fighting game.
(They can't all be MvC :hehe: )

Me? Im pretty excited for Brink. Basically an updated/upgraded Team Fortress! Job classes in an FPS. Brilliant.

We have lots of people excited for LA Noire and Duke Nukem Forever also.

There was a Spartan in Dead or Alive 4, Spartan armour in Fable 2, remote control Warthog in Kinectamals... so yeah, they do. :p

Microsoft owns the rights to Halo. (ie why Team Bungie can't make any more Halo games since they dont work for Microsoft anymore)
Microsoft produced/developed/designed both Fable and Kinectimals.
Not licensing out if it never leaves the home office. :awesome:

Dead or Alive was the closest thing to ever happening.
It's not a direct copy of a Halo Spartan.. but it's close. I'll give you that credit.

There's lots of Pokemaniacs on this forum. Should've seen before Black/White came out. [shock]

    Edit:
So I got my email from Sony regarding the Playstation Network.. if anyone wants to read it:
    PlayStation(R)Network

    ===================================

    Valued PlayStation(R)Network/Qriocity Customer:

We have discovered that between April 17 and April 19, 2011,
certain PlayStation Network and Qriocity service user account
information was compromised in connection with an illegal and
unauthorized intrusion into our network. In response to this
    intrusion, we have:

    1) Temporarily turned off PlayStation Network and Qriocity services;

    2) Engaged an outside, recognized security firm to conduct a full
and complete investigation into what happened; and

    3) Quickly taken steps to enhance security and strengthen our
network infrastructure by rebuilding our system to provide you
with greater protection of your personal information.

We greatly appreciate your patience, understanding and goodwill
as we do whatever it takes to resolve these issues as quickly and
    efficiently as practicable.

Although we are still investigating the details of this incident,
we believe that an unauthorized person has obtained the following
information that you provided: name, address (city, state, zip), country,
email address, birthdate, PlayStation Network/Qriocity password and login,
and handle/PSN online ID. It is also possible that your profile data,
including purchase history and billing address (city, state, zip),
and your PlayStation Network/Qriocity password security answers may
have been obtained. If you have authorized a sub-account for your
dependent, the same data with respect to your dependent may have
been obtained. While there is no evidence at this time that credit
card data was taken, we cannot rule out the possibility. If you have
provided your credit card data through PlayStation Network or Qriocity,
out of an abundance of caution we are advising you that your credit
card number (excluding security code) and expiration date may have
    been obtained.

For your security, we encourage you to be especially aware of email,
telephone and postal mail scams that ask for personal or sensitive
information. Sony will not contact you in any way, including by email,
asking for your credit card number, social security number or other
personally identifiable information. If you are asked for this information,
you can be confident Sony is not the entity asking. When the PlayStation
Network and Qriocity services are fully restored, we strongly recommend that
you log on and change your password. Additionally, if you use your PlayStation
Network or Qriocity user name or password for other unrelated services or
accounts, we strongly recommend that you change them as well.

To protect against possible identity theft or other financial loss, we
encourage you to remain vigilant, to review your account statements and
to monitor your credit reports. We are providing the following information
for those who wish to consider it:
    - U.S. residents are entitled under U.S. law to one free credit report annually
from each of the three major credit bureaus. To order your free credit report,
    visit http://www.annualcreditreport.com or call toll-free (877) 322-8228.

    - We have also provided names and contact information for the three major U.S.
credit bureaus below. At no charge, U.S. residents can have these credit bureaus
place a "fraud alert" on your file that alerts creditors to take additional steps
to verify your identity prior to granting credit in your name. This service can
make it more difficult for someone to get credit in your name. Note, however,
that because it tells creditors to follow certain procedures to protect you,
it also may delay your ability to obtain credit while the agency verifies your
identity. As soon as one credit bureau confirms your fraud alert, the others
are notified to place fraud alerts on your file. Should you wish to place a
fraud alert, or should you have any questions regarding your credit report,
please contact any one of the agencies listed below:

    Experian: 888-397-3742; http://www.experian.com; P.O. Box 9532, Allen, TX 75013
    Equifax: 800-525-6285; http://www.equifax.com; P.O. Box 740241, Atlanta, GA 30374-0241

    P.O. Box 6790, Fullerton, CA 92834-6790

    - You may wish to visit the website of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at
http://www.consumer.gov/idtheft or reach the FTC at 1-877-382-4357 or 600 Pennsylvania
Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20580 for further information about how to protect
yourself from identity theft. Your state Attorney General may also have advice
on preventing identity theft, and you should report instances of known or
suspected identity theft to law enforcement, your State Attorney General,
and the FTC. For North Carolina residents, the Attorney General can be
contacted at 9001 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-9001; telephone
    (877) 566-7226; or http://www.ncdoj.gov. For Maryland residents, the Attorney
    General can be contacted at 200 St. Paul Place, 16th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202;
    telephone: (888) 743-0023; or http://www.oag.state.md.us.

We thank you for your patience as we complete our investigation of this
incident, and we regret any inconvenience. Our teams are working around the
clock on this, and services will be restored as soon as possible. Sony takes
information protection very seriously and will continue to work to ensure that
additional measures are taken to protect personally identifiable information.
Providing quality and secure entertainment services to our customers is
our utmost priority. Please contact us at 1-800-345-7669 should you have any
    additional questions.

    Sincerely,

So I couldn't take it anymore and I knew I just had to play the game... so I went out and bought Final Fantasy 13 :awesome:

    I was going to get it last year on release date, but stuff happened and I never got around to it, and recently I just love the game so much (asdkjasld the characters are awesome) that I just had to get it. The battle system is amazing too so I'm really going to enjoy this *-* And omfg the cut scenes are like orgasmic ;-;

After a year the price has gone down to $30 which is awesome cheap, so I didn't hesitate :3

It's funny, everybody hates FF13 because it's super-linear until later in the game, when it becomes open-world like old titles. But actually, I LOVED the linear bits, because it focuses more on the story etc. when I got to the open world bit I quickly got burnt out on having to level up my characters with grinding and gave up :fp:

I do too. Linear isn't always bad, and it really isn't THAT linear. Sure most of it is hallways, but there's still treasure to find and stuff. I don't need something absolutely massive to like a game.

The reason I'm really liking the game though is the characters. The story isn't so much that interesting but I think the characters are great :cute: The battle system is really awesome too, though the difficulty level is probably much higher than previous games, whatever.

    Anyways I'm excite xd

Ok, my advice for you is, when you get to the open-world section of the game, just keep going the way the plot tells you :XD: I made the mistake of walking off in some completely different section and within an hour I was basically trapped in some canyon with enemies who could own me and it was really annoying and I eventually gave up...

I've just finished Gothic 4 (Arcania). I'm a hardcore fan of the Gothic series, but this release was just lame. The setting, the graphics and the atmosphere are great, but that's all (well, the help for the missions is good too). The playability SUCKS. Yes, I know, it's the console-style, but after three gothics it's highly pissing that they changed the controls that way (even worse, they even prevented the player to set them in a 'typical' style). The game is just click-click... and so on until you defeat the guy. No strategy, simply hacking. Magic? You don't need it and, even if you wanted to use it, it's just a handful of spells (where are those 'army of darkness', sleep, 'summon golem', light...spells?). Supplies? I didn't use a single plant, a single scroll or a single potion, there is no need to use them, that's all. The story? Not bad, but it's absolutely linear so... Another thing...the teleports sucks, there is not a better word to describe it... So, in short, not the worst game I've played, but I'm not playing it again for sure...
PS: it seems that JoWood, the publisher of the Gothic series is facing bankruptcy proceedings. I would be sad if I only had the three first gothics into account, but after playing 'forsaken lords' and Arcania I can't be more happy...those bastards didn't deserve anything less [puke]

    • My sister was facepalming yesterday because she gave me Pokemon Black Version as a present for my... 19th birthday :awesome:
And wow, I took a giant slap in the face when I got to that round big city, I don't know how it's called in english - the gameplay is just stunning here even if it's really different from the other games o__o

With three of my classmates, we have some habit of playing video games during our breaks on schooldays... well we've been kind of busy these days but playing 30 minutes everyday, we managed to finish Amnesia The Dark Descent and Machinarium xD *gamers class*
With our work and internships and stuff, now we're focusing on relaxing playing CoD Black Ops, destroying each other on Blur, or playing on a LAN for some addicting old school Tron game xD
(hello, I'm a 19 years old girl-looking girl with some idol manners, yoroshiku :^O^: )

Oh, it's a shame, the Gothic series are good. The next time you try to play one of those I suggest you to play it at the easiest level and, if that's not enough, to look for a walkthrough. They are very useful for being able to find everything at the beginning so that your hero improves his skills faster...I've played G2 four times (with a different type of hero) and it ended up being very funny (did you know there are as many as five or six ways to get into the city?) ;)
