I’m confused too now - Ayamen’s name is in the video description (including a link to her official blog) and it looked like her to me but yes Hamagishi’s name is in the video title and on closer inspection it does looks like her. If I’m wrong then I apologise.
Hamagishi Hiyori is a reporter/vlogger who covers the story of the death of a dancing girl. Ayamen appear in the Abema and TVer version (15+ minutes ver), in the last part of this series 1st ep with Ogata from the comedian group Panzer, talking about the Hiyori report video + solving the case. So, in this YouTube version, you can only see the report video by Hiyori, not the case-solving part with Ayamen and Ogata. Here is Ayamen's part screenshot from this series.
