im reading Merchant of Venice for my english studies...as for my freetime im reading Unnatural Causes by Max Haines
I have a ton of novels to read through right now. At the moment, I'm on the 3rd and last book of the Starcraft: Dark Templar trilogy. Then its on to Ender's Game. I have about 5 other novels I plan to read afterward.
^lol that's a good book. I'm also a fan of the Harry Potter series [clap] I am reading Nursing books. Boring [sleep]
Lol what's up with all the Harry Potter fans? (yeah I'm one too) I just finished Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows again for like the third? time XD Now rereading Macbeth for the thousandth time for my English essay and going through boring history books in preparation for my history seminar tomorrow Y_Y Will read The Will of the Empress by Tamora Pierce later if I have time and don't fall alseep... so tired..
A boring book for college... so boring that I don't even know the title Fortunately, I'm also reading Pratchett's Discwolrd, Reaper man
I was thinking of opening a thread like this, but I found it was already created. Wow, I can't believe this thread stopped so suddenly, it seemed to be quite healthy (could it be that everyone went reading Gideon's Freakonomics and they still haven't finished it? ) . It's been told that people should read more so, if you'll excuse me, I'm reactiving this thread... [notme] At present I'm reading 'The orc king' by R. A. Salvatore. It's the 18th fantasy novel (LOTR style) about a good drow called Drizzt Do'Urden (if you already know what a drow is, I'm sure you know why this is utterly odd). After the three LOTR films and a film about the Dragolance on the way (or so it seems), Drizzt's novels are in the lead to be adapted. [rock]
^Damn, I forgot there was that many books in the Drizzt series...I'm only on the second one I just finished reading the latest Halo novel, Cryptum. It's a fantastic book, and reeally adds a whole new level to the Halo universe. Right now, I'm finishing up a couple of books I've been reading off and on for awhile, then I'll likely start into the Star Wars Fate od the Jedi series.
a midsummer night's dream - Shakespeare yeay for classes xD I legit like shakespeare tho, so it works.
For leisure: The Elder Gods, by David & Leigh Eddings For self-study: Shin N5 Japanese Grammar, by......some dude in chinese Highly recommend titles by David Eddings, he is a fantastic author in the fields of fiction-novels. If you like a short, fast-paced read, there's The Redemption of Althalus. It is a stand-alone novel. Or if you prefer series that have a gradual build-up storyline and large-world setting, there's The Belgariad series which consists of 3 books along with a follow-up series The Mallorean, again made up of 3 books. Other series by Eddings: The Elenium, The Tamuli, and finally the master-piece, The Dreamers. If you love a good fiction novel as I do, give Eddings a try.
Awesome choice! Eddings rocks! [rock] Not sure about your version tho but my Belgariad and Malloreon were 5 books each Reading "Flash CS4: The Missing Manual" atm
