I heard that Mizuki on Marumie will be replaced with another episode, due to earthquake that hit japan few days ago. And the new date not announce yet, hope Mizuki on this program will only just postpone, not cancelled

A couple quotes to note from the article from Tokyo Girls Update linked in previous comment. It's regarding her singing in the show.

"Evaluation on the net after the media information ban was no easy task. Yamashita’s first musical assignment was “singing ability”. There is always an instability in her voice when singing due to her delicate and unique voice suited to theater."

"Regarding Yamashita, it seems that even singing instability will only appear in songs after the first “Make-Up!” scene."

From the previews, she wasn't the best. I wonder if the author of the article is trying to ease us into how bad it was. I'm hoping she got better as the show went along.
