BNK48 and JKT48 was have relations since the first generation of the group was officially announced on February 12, 2017.
On June 29, 2017, BNK48's Namsai, Pun, Orn, and Pupe meet with JKT48's Chikano Rina and Haruka Nakagawa in Digital Studio BNK48.
