No Sleeves (ノースリーブス) also known as no3b, is a unit from AKB48.

History
Kojima Haruna, Takahashi Minami and Minegishi Minami had originally performed together in AKB48's Junai no Crescendo (Team A 4th Stage) and Bye Bye Bye (Himawarigumi 2nd Stage). Under the agency Ogi Productions, they were later formed into the sub-unit No Sleeves also known as no3b. When asked about the origin of their name, the girls revealed that the name was the idea of Akimoto Yasushi and replied "Because AKB48 always uses uniforms, it's like we took off our uniforms and wore light sleeveless clothes".
They made their debut on the 26th of November 2008, with their first single Relax! which was used as the opening theme for Mendol in which the No3b girls were lead characters.
