STU48 3rd Draft are the promoted members of STU48, consisting of members from STU48's 1st Generation of Draft Members. This was overall the third draft event held by AKB48 and its sister groups.

- January 21 – 1st Generation members (5) are announced as STU48 Kenkyuusei: Oki Yuka, Shinano Soraha, Nakamura Mai, Mizoguchi Aiko
2019
- March 10 – Mizoguchi Aiko graduates from STU48
- April 16 – Shonichi of STU48 GO!GO! little SEABIRDS!!
- August 9 – Oki Yuka, Shinano Soraha and Nakamura Mai are officially promoted.
- August 11 – Yura Akari graduates from STU48
- December 20 – Senshuuraku of STU48 GO!GO! little SEABIRDS!!
