Kasumisou (かすみ草) is a special Nogizaka46 unit created for the song Atari Sawari no Nai Hanashi, a coupling song from Nogizaka46's 17th single Influencer.
The name for the unit means "Gypsophila" or a genus of flowering plants in the carnation, commonly known as baby's-breath. The name was chosen since in the language of flowers, gypsophila symbolizes a "supporting role". Meaning that the members of this unit have the power to support the leading roles from the shadow.
