In 2012, Akimoto Yasushi announced that the Japanese 48 Groups would form clubs, similar to those found in a high school. Members of the 48 join these clubs and participate in related activities. Nine clubs were formed: Art Club, Cooking Club, Drama Club, Light Music Club, Culture Club, Shino-Club, Driving Club, Horse Racing Club and Marathon Club.

As of 2022, all clubs are inactive or have disbanded.
