- Recommended points about Niigata: Niigata's rice, vegetables and fish are delicious! I also love Tochio's aburaage (a specific restaurant serving aburaage, a type of deep-fried tofu), it's delicious. I'm still learning all about it myself. All the people are really kind and friendly.
