I think we'll never quite know the reason why she left the group. Yes she did give her reasons on her blog but people seldom give the real reason why they left.

She is still so young, only 22. I thought she would be the last few members from the first generation to leave but instead...

 

As we've seen in Nogichuu 153, she said that she had already thought of graduation during the Taiyou Knock era, Nogi tour at meiji jingu where she shouted ~Jingu!~ to be exact, because she has already experienced everything as an idol and she wanted to improve. I think the reason she stated was the real reason but if you really want to dig deeper, we could try to look at her past senbatsu positions. After Taiyou Knock, we can see that she spent most of her time in the 3rd row so I guess she felt stagnant already. She simply just want to pursue the career she likes just like marika that's why they decided to leave despite the young age.

Agreed. Well, Nogi does not holding too much notable graduation concert so far, so cannot really compare to other members, but performance wise this one was spectacular (aside from the live singing maybe, but who cares... )

(Against) performance especially. The dance and their expression is just on a different level.

And I just can't help to think that the costume for Scoutman is sexy.

Ikoma seems also have a special kind of bond with 2nd gen which shown a lot in the Kokoro no Placard performance.

Enjoyed Ikoma being Ikoma during the talking sessions also

Her memorial book, Tatsu, is ranked first for this week Ousama's book ranking (apparently it was based on Shibuya Tsutaya book sales). I still can't find any sales figures for the book now though.

The book is a compilation of her monthly serialisation series on Nikkei Entertainment magazine from 2014 until her graduation. There are also new contents that includes more articles/interviews and photos.
Most of the book contents are text though.

Forgot to update about this:
The show Futtou Word!10 will have a special episode on Ikoma and Bamboo Shoot's King series this 16th of May. Looks like it will be a compilation of her series with the Bamboo Shoot's king before this(3 in total). Not sure if they will have new contents as well.

D'aawww... Ikomanatsu is one of the things I'll miss the most. I love the way Ikoma would play off Manatsu's antics with dry and deadpan humour. They were a great pair.

Finally the ig acc has come Lol..

Also i’m very happy just found matsui rena following ikoma’s ig account , since there’s very few of idols that rena’ve been following .. ( only some akb gen 1 graduates , and around 4 or 5 SKE members , iirc only chuuri (obviusly) , rara and oba mina current active ske members she’ve followed )

Both ikoma and rena was one of my all time favorites , showing they’re still on good terms / close was very happy LOL

 

Yeah, it's cool. I'm glad that my eternal top 2 idols are close. I'll always remember Rena looking like a proud mama when Ikoma's name was called in SSK. Having Rena as a kennin was a brilliant move by management.

 

I’m also surprised she followed Ikoma immediately. But Maimai continues to not follow anyone. Lol. But at least she liked Ikoma’s post.

So happy she opened an IG already. I already miss her.

EDIT : Ended in 10 mins. Basically she just wanna make sure that everyone believe it's her own account. It's so funny watching her pretty confused on what to do and checking out all Instagram features... Hahah...
