So, it's almost the end of the year.... How was 2018 for Team 8 in your opinion?
Beside the upset in the beginning with RH 2nd place, I say it was pretty good for individual growth of the members.
2018 gave them a lot of solo chances to show their skills such as
Majisuka, Sousenkyo, PRODUCE48, Aikabu events, the dancing / singing contest, etc.

2018 also integrates Team 8 members more closely with the mothership due to the kennin status, allowing some of team 8 top members to represent AKB at various events, (hopefully) increasing their visibility to general fans.
Especially for Yuiyui, 2018 is definitely her big year.

The one I'm miffed about is the lack of showing of Team 8 (overall) bond except on Eito no hi or Anniversary or their own theater show. Perhaps they do have the pressure to represent "AKB48" instead of Team 8 only. If I'm wrong on this, please show me what I missed!

Also, with Hiichan on long hiatus and Kurenyan graduating, if they are going to release a Team 8 song in spring single, who do you think are the Team 8 Top 16 right now?
Of course, assuming the song wouldn't be a Kurenyan center graduation song.
