I heard them both individually so I didn't know who won. Sounded like Wasamin missed most of the ending notes on each part she sang. It was kinda bugging me. Yuka struggled a tad on some parts though so I guess there were certain things that were more importantto the judges than to me [hehe]

    my thoughts:

    semifinals:
-i also thought wasamin won between her and yuka. i thought it was kinda clear though i wouldn't say she ran away with it. a really good match. perhaps on another day the results would've been different. i think if yuka flipped her song selection to make yasashii kisu wo shite her second song, she would've won; it is her most practiced song.
-i think oya's song was out of her range. i can see how she won the first match but i think she reached too far on the second.
-miyu got better. i don't know if her voice was strong enough but she can still low range and high range.

    finals:
-i feel like no matter how good komariko did, that song just wouldn't do it. like i said about yuka, maybe she should've flipped her song order.
    -hearing wasamin, definitely pro-like.
-miyu got even better. i always thought she looked like she was gonna die out there from shyness or something. the voice control to the low notes was great in the beginning, and she did a near seamless transition into falsetto.

i was pulling for miyu but i knew wasamin would probably win.
next episode preview looks kinda boring, maybe because these episodes brought the hype.
these last 3 episodes were definitely some of the best episodes in a LONG time.

So Masuda lost, well i thought it was pretty close when i heard them both sing, but it just went for Misaki. Looking forward to next week, cause it looks interesting and i haven't seen much variety on the show for the past three weeks.

Seriously, the semi-final between Yuka and Wasamin was really close. I don't think either of them were near perfect. It could have gone either way. Both of them had some odd vocal transitions in their performances.

But Wasamin was just great in the final So glad she won! I know she really wanted it. Stuff like this is so important to her. :inlove:

I knew Miyu was out of her league the instant she tried to sing an Angela Aki song, that woman's voice is incredible.

Angela Aki is a phenomenal singer. A really popular one in Japan too.

However, I was pulling for Miyu too. She's always been part of the talented bunch in Team 4, and even though management finally selected Paruru as their push, Miyu has a big ceiling.

Still surprised Yuttan lost to Wasamin. I just have a preference for thicker voices I guess. Not dissing Wasamin or anything, just surprised.

I wish Shiichan hadn't chosen that song ;_; she might've had a chance if she'd chosen a song made for a soft voice.
Komariko's song choice seemed wrong to me too, though she sounded good it didn't show as much as she can do. Yuka and Wasamins battle was so close, it was cool.
Miyu's final song was a gooood choice but was a losing battle with Wasamin I think, she's just got that slight edge in training.

all of miyu's song choices were difficult songs.

    the start, with utada
the middle, with nakamori akina's song with a ton of low notes (the original sounds crazy badass)
the end, with tina fey angela aki
    :music:

    definitely bold choices
if there's one thing i think she absolutely has to work on aside from strengthening her voice, it's her expressions. she looks like she's suffering when she sings.
i really hope they develop miyu after this, she's screaming with potential.

This. I applaud her for her boldness in choosing her tunes. Major respect. Especially going against powerhouses in Yuttan and Wasamin too.

I'm sad that Nacchi and Mocchi who are know to be better singers among the Akb48 did not get change to sing. :(

Still happy that Wasamin won :D

Miyu made me into a bit of a fan. Solid singing, and honestly, she should be the baseline for singing ability in the group... She's definitely the level that an idol singer should be.

I think Wasamin got lucky in her duel with Yuppai... the song just didn't suit her. Her Seiko rendition suited her much better than Ai.

Amina should've won the week before.

Not the best dokkiri episode, but it was still a great one. [clap]

Lots of Amina on screen and the most important for me, tons of Yuka ! She looks very pretty :inlove:
Maybe the episode with the most Yuka screen time ever [party]
It's also nice to see Myao again in AKBingo :)

Funny episode to me. It's been a while for Myao to get pretty much screen time in AKBINGO! episode. She actually appears a lot as usual but always place around the corner.

More Amina and Yuka is welcome too! (Team B love ><)
