Yes, it has been for the past week. The first phase was unblocking Nogizaka46 channel to outside of Japan (in response to demands from East Asia), but that was when YouTube Red restrictions were still in effect (at that time it was still blocked in the USA, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea). It was only either late last week or early this week, though, that those YT Red (now YouTube Premium) restrictions (implemented to SMEJ, if it wasn't blocked outside Japan by SMEJ themselves, as well as Victor Music) were lifted as well. However, the SMEJ-imposed blocks are still in place, though, such as much of Keyakizaka46 (save for the new Hiragana Keyaki MV; so why are 'Glass wo Ware!' MV and the audition CM videos uploaded by the Keyaki channel still blocked outside of Japan?). If Sony can stop with this walled-garden approach of blocking most of Keyakizaka46 videos on YouTube (as well as the remaining SMEJ videos that still have their self-implemented blocks) outside of Japan it would be really awesome! (Vevo isn't going to cut it - we saw the Vevo version of 'Synchronicity' at only 720p - and someone from an Ayumi Hamasaki forum despise Vevo for lower-quality uploads; luckily 'Glass wo Ware!' was available at 1080p.)

@JuriRena Hmmm... I guess you can say it like that but, to be more correct, I think it's closer to Google Home and Amazon Echo. (Google Assistant is a software that you can integrate to your phones and smart home devices, it is also the one that is running behind Google Home)

It's interesting now that I personally entered a phase of focusing more in alternative/underground idols, to see how Nogi is faring from a distance.
It seems to me that they are in their peak and the audition is a strategy to stretch that peak as further as possible. Hence the focus in getting especially good-looking girls, to keep their notorious modelling contracts, and the overall feminine and classy look of the group. That is what allows Nogi to conquer a slice of the general public that other groups struggle to: young adult females.
