    Wow. I don't really want to speculate on matters of abuse, but if this is true, he is a really despicable person and I'm glad Acchan seems to be getting out of there. Everyone deserves to feel safe and be free of violence in their own home, and with their own family. If he actually had the intent to cause such a serious injury and it wasn't a true accident during a heated argument, he should really be reported to the police. Either way, I hope Acchan is safe and happy, and the same for their son.

    tbh both articles only state as a fact that he fractured Acchan's leg, referring to the article in 女性セブン and without knowing the content of that article we really don't know all that much.

    I did a quick google check on 女性セブン, it gave a circulation of 327,273 copies in the first quarter of 2020, to be honest, that seems tiny to me in a country with 123 million people, wikipedia (yeah, I know) also mentioned some occasions they were sued for slander
    (conclusion, no idea how reputable they are)

    don't get me wrong I'm not saying it didn't happen, but I would like to see some more solid proof before passing judgement (I read some guy writing in twitter that he would kill Katsuji for hurting Acchan :/ )

    that the whole marriage was a bad idea is kinda obvious ... celebreties dating 4 months, then tying the knot and consequently it turns out she's pregnant, not a solid foundation for a long marriage imho.

    (otoh in the west here have been some notorious rocky marriages as well ... Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor come to mind)

    but, if it's all true, and he's one of those guys that abuses his wife, physically or mentally ... and they still 'reconcile', then it's probably a classic case of 'battered housewife syndrome'
    and I would agree Acchan should get the hell out of there (but in that case, without help, she won't)

    btw, come to think of it ... Acchan leaving Ohta Pro might fit into that, as probably they would be the ones trying to intervene as she was a valuable asset to them, but Katsuji would (if it's battered housewive syndrome) try to isolated Acchan to increase his influence over her.
    (and yes, this is pure speculation, but would fit the pattern)

    I just watched the short IG Live that Acchan did on 18th January and it was nice! Acchan's voice is so cute as always! <3 She did the IG Live after she finished work, while she was on her way back home. She read the fans' comments, and somehow the discussion became about her baby haha So she talked about the animated shows that the baby watches, what the baby eats, and many more. She sounds so cute when talking about it, especially when she talked about Toy Story. She is such a cute mom! >.< Then she talked about meeting with Akicha's family and she said Akicha's baby is very cute! She also said that she often meets with Mariko and that Mariko's baby is always smiling, so cute! it's great that Acchan is close with other former AKB members who are moms too and they can all share their experience together and understand each other ^-^

    I also watched the movie trailer of Kurenazume and this movie seems really good and fun! Glad that Acchan is in it and she has 2 different scenes in the trailer, and her role seems really interesting and funny! I read japanese comments on the oricon upload of the trailer, and the comments about Acchan are positive! She got praised ;D From the short parts we see in the trailer, her acting is good, I'm proud of her that she is in so many projects and gets praised more and more. and her roles are always different and interesting, I can't wait for this movie!

    Today Acchan shared this Acchan+Yuko photo in IG! ATSUYUU! it's been a long time, I really love these two together and it made me so happy seeing this photo >.< it looks like it's from recent months judging by Acchan's hairstyle and in the post she says that this is from when they met at MISTER GENTLEMAN's expedition. Acchan said that this is the last photo taken by one of her friends who apparently passed away (if I understood well) and that she wanted to share this ;_; The photo is indeed beautiful, I'm glad that Acchan shared it with us <3

    From the graduated members thread: " Takeshi Osumi, a designer of fashion brand "MISTER GENTLEMAN" who works as "Big-O" in the hip-hop unit Shakkazombie, died of sepsis at the hospital where he was hospitalized on the 24th of last month."

    Osumi (オオスミさん) is the person who took the photo. 撮る is to take a picture.

    Remember a few months ago when Paruru was on a show and she received a video message from Acchan? I found a subbed version of that video! This is really funny and Acchan looks really cute >.< I laughed at how she didn't know about what they asked and the reaction of Downtown (the MC/comedians) after watching XD Love that Acchan and Paruru are close <3

    Recently I watched the drama Confidence Man JP, I watched the drama and the special episode! For information Acchan has a role in the drama in episode 7, but she is not in the special episode, however she is in the 2 movies (that I'll watch and talk about in the future). So here I saw her in one episode where she had one scene. I'm glad that Acchan was in this drama because it's a really good drama full of popular actors. When I started it, I had no idea what to expect and I never read the plot or anything. Turns out it's a drama about scamming (but they are scamming rich/evil people), I loved it right from the first episode! The lead actress is Nagasawa Masami and I really like her, Acchan acted with her many times too, I love that! Each episode has a different story and different actors involved, so there are many many popular actors. This is why it's great that Acchan was in it even just for one scene!

    I'll say more in spoiler! Don't read if you didn't watch the drama yet >.<

    So in this drama you can never know what is real or what is fake, especially Dako (played by Nagasawa Masami) and Richard very often fake everything, while Boku usually follow them without knowing about it which makes it funny LOL (in the end he learns more though XD). They create a lot of fake characters, fake stories and fake situations in order to scam their targets, I thought I will always realize when it's fake but in fact they surprised me many times LOL I especially loved the first episode (with the airport/plane), last episode (where they are taken as hostage in their appartment) and the special episode (where they all go their own way and have different stories) those episodes were awesome! But every other story was good too!

    Now for Acchan, she is in episode 7, I liked the story of that episode, about the inheritance and everyone pretending to be the kids of that old rich man (I was surprised that the other 2 children were scammers too!), it was really fun to watch! Acchan's scene is because Dako will hire her and the other man to pretend to be the real children of the old rich man in front of the other 2 scammers. The scene isn't very long but it's nice to see Acchan and she looked so cute!!! I kinda guessed that they were just pretending about being the children of the old man XD and indeed they were faking it, LOL. A few scenes later when they reveal that it was all fake, they show a flashback of the 2 of them after the discussion when everyone left and they both laugh awkwardly, I just want to say Acchan was so cute there <3 It was a nice episode although (random note) I found it sad that everyone left the old man after thinking that he didn't have money (actually he did have money since Dako faked it the whole thing with Acchan and the other man saying that their father doesn't have money LOL) but Boku stayed with him until the man died at least ;w; I wish Dako stayed too but she probably wanted to make it more believable like that. She's a little crazy and insensitive, it's her character in the drama LOL and I really loved her role here, she's awesome!

    So yes overall I really recommend this whole drama! Loved it. Can't wait to see the movies and new stories! <3

    Recently, Kasai uploaded a video on her Youtube channel where she is making a surprise for Tomochin! Because Tomochin got married recently, Kasai prepared many videos messages of friends who congratulate Tomochin, and among them, there are a lot of AKB graduates, including Acchan! Acchan's message is around 16:50 and it's the last message as well! She is way too cute in the video! Why is she so adorable >.< Her smile and voice <3 So cute! This was a really sweet and touching surprised from Kasai, I love TomoTomo's friendship. in general the friendships in AKB are so strong, they are the best <3 Also, many japanese comments in the video are about Acchan. it must be because she's so cute, the way she said "daisuki dayo" <3

    Great news! Acchan fans have subbed the special TV movie "Gakko e Ikenakatta Watashi ga (Ano Hana) (Koko Sake) wo Kaku made" that aired in September 2018 and where Acchan is the lead role! I watched this TV movie back then without subs and I wrote about it here, I'm so glad that I can see it now with subs! Go here to find the subbed version! if possible please thank the subbers (and like/retweet) to show them that their work is very appreciated! I'm going to watch the subbed version soon and I'll probably write about it again ;D

    For information, this TV movie is based on the autobiography by Okada Mari, who's a screentwriter for animes. Acchan did great in this role and she's so beautiful. I recommend it <3<3<3

    Atsuko Maeda plays the role of mother charged with child abuse, "I was really lost ..."

    Actress Atsuko Maeda will appear in the Fuji TV drama "Ichikei no Karasu" (every Monday at 9:00 pm) broadcast on the 12th.

    Maeda will appear as a guest in the second episode as the unpredictable development of a court drama is gaining more and more attention.

    　The case that Michio and Sakama will handle in the second episode is a case in which popular culinary researcher Yoko Fukase (Maeda) was charged with abusing her eldest daughter, who was one and a half years old. Defendant appealed after being convicted of the first instance, but was remanded and will be retried by the district court. Michio, who is the presiding judge of this case, is skeptical about the explanation of the accused denying the abuse and the cross-examination of the witnesses of the specialist who diagnosed SBS (Infant Shake Syndrome) with her eldest daughter. It's a suspenseful story of proclaiming the invocation of the initiative.

    I've really not watched as many Acchan shows/movies as I ought to. I loved the ones I did see, so I should really get back into it more. Hopefully I can find the time to watch this one, it sounds very interesting! Shame she's only got a short role though

    I love that they do the Flying Get gesture (putting a circle on your flat hand and moving it over your head) during the "Feeling like Maeda Acchan" line. Very smart!
