I don't see it. both have totally different face features. Mizuki has fierce face, while ikuchan is a cute type. maybe mizuki's hair is similar with ikuta's debut days so it creates a resembling illusion

 

I honestly don't see it either. Maybe it's the hair? Mizuki does have sharp features, while everything about Ikuchan is round lol

Just saw some of her showroom vids. It's the hair, also both have same round big eyes. But aside of that their resemblance are minimum, IMO.

 

Yup it's the hair, they are not looking very similar when Zukki tied her hair in a ponytail (as in showroom 160828). and Ikuchan's voice is way more cute
