Sendai Live 3 days with 4 performances has ended!!

Those who came, thank you so much!

When the local performance was starting
For me, it’s already the end.

Everyone who couldn’t come,
I’m sorry > _ <

Everyone who’s working hard
The place was different but my feelings is still the same
I’m going to do my best too.

But
I’m really glad I was able to participate in Sendai!

There are many new corners in this live
There are so many things to remember during the preparation time
Even though we were having a hard time, everyone still managed to laugh
Looking back at this moment, I’m somewhat happy to share it.

3rd Gen is getting more and more involved little by little.
I used to build walls against people so easily
But now, my motherly instinct is starting to be active again!! lol
They continuously grow on the stage
I can’t take my eyes off them.
I won’t be able to see them for a while but
I’ll try not to lose against their growth!

Thanks to everyone, I had a great time for these 3 days!

I had a chance to meet everyone in the stage practice after a long time
It felt like I’m having a replay lol

The moment I met Mayu-chan, I immediately hugged her
Rinko-san did the “Ashimoto Otemoto~♪” gag
Ayaka-san gave me a lot of advice while watching stage lessons

Ah~ Being back again, it’s such a warm feeling.

I had a free time for almost 1 month
I feel like I need to get back again
Searching for new challenges
I’ll be Cosette again starting tomorrow, I will do my best!

Apparently, ppl tweet about him saw Iku taking photo. She just didnt notice that someone notice her!

She perform almost everyday and only break in Sunday. Luckily, during three weeks break after Tokyo perf, she doing alot of idol activities. Kojichu's tape, music show and concert, also mags shots both in idol and fashion mags.

She is guest for upcoming Ray, Street Jack and Nonno.

In Hakata, her Cossette potrayal praised by musical audiences. Her cute-angelic gesture and her transparent voice make ppls fall for her.

In opening stage of Fukuoka tour, someone reported, older audience impressed by her perf.The elderly was anticipated rather poor perf from her after watch her presscon perf via youtube. They amaze because The Nogizaka's Daughter did better than their expectation.

A girl said, even she dont like Cosette, she admitted that Iku's Cosette is good and likeable.

Other musical fans said, with Iku's potrayal, no wonder that Marius fall for Cosette instantly. Her Cosette screams "a girl that you want to protect" vibe. (May be Iku learn it from Naachan). She/he also tweet that she/he looking forward another Iku's musical work. Eponine and Fantine when Iku get more stronger as musical actress.

And one musical fans wonder how will she carry Contanze (from Mozart!) with her pure and innocent figure.

Hakata audiences also appreciate Nogi ota's manners. Idol ota known for often make disturbance in theater by calling their oshi's name, waving towel, etc. Unlike Romijuri case, ota more quiet this time.

Mozart! still 10 month away, but I'm rooting for Iku's potrayal of Constanze. It's different from her previous role. More challenging and badass one.

Many ppls, including me, cant imagine yet how this ojou-chan will play Constanze. I think both Iku and Kinoshita Haruka-chan too young to play Constanze. But I believe in these girls. Iku can be playful and pull various expression. Haruka-chan has strong and clear voice.

Interesting article about IkuIko. Kinda ironic to saw them get critical acclaim from public as theater actress but recieve quite flames from fans due their absence from national tour.

Theater play cost more time and energy, also more exclusive and less accessible than modelling and radio related work. So, it's harder for fans in to theater works. They cant relate stage acting as easy as magz spreads.

for me, i'm just happy to have other "options" to see them ... never got the chance to get tickets for their summer tour but got that other option to see ikuchan in les mis ... and asahinagu[movie] ..
i also get to see "other" sides/talents of these nogi members ...

 

Yep. I was not big fan of theater play, whether it's musical or stage play. But at the time I never pay much attention to these kind of thing. I've only watch one stage musical. I like it but not enough to push me to dig further in musical. Thanks to Iku and Sae I found how amazing musical world is.

Musical make Iku climb to the top of my fav member list. Her hardwork to balance her work as an idol and musical actress is amazing.

I'm secretly wait her to play Kim of Miss Saigon. I start think that Iku along with Kinoshita Haruka are Koike Shuichiro's golden egg, since both of them and Furukawa Yuta casted for Mozart!. If it so, then their chance to be casted in Miss Saigon, Lady Bess, or other major musical is wide open.

Being under Koike-sensei's directions mix with her idol background is big advantage for Iku. She can gain favor from musical executives and media.
