Suki to Iwasetai, Gokigen Sayonara, and Kimi Igai are probably my favorites from the Japanese discography.

I also like Yume wo Miteiru Aida and 好きになっちゃうだろう. Those two are technically from their PD48 repertoire, but they perform them from time to time.

 

You know, in my opinon the best songs from japanese releases, the one 48 wotas would like are those in which wotas can do chants like in any other j-idol song. And those are:

Suki to Iwasetai (Notice that after every solo line and before the next one there's enough space to call the member's name and in the pre-chorus there's space to do the usual "woooohh" too.)
Kenchanayo (I think there could be wotas who could have this song as one of their favorites.)
Gokigen Sayonara
Toshishita Boyfriend (The same as STI)
Kimi Igai
Shigaisen Nanka Buttobase

He's only talking about the quality of the pv -- which the 48G doesn't spend a lot on.
Although the youtube video isn't exactly in 4K quality I think.

Anyway, it looks like a high budget pv! So many (great) things going on in that short preview.
And I can't get over the awesomeness of short-hair Chaewon!

Actually what we saw in the concept trailer from before wasn't part of the Fiesta MV at all. I know it looked like it was, even Sakura mentioned in the last ENOZI (the jacket making film) that it looked like they were recording the MV.
So that does look like it's from like 3 months ago. Having said that I'm pretty sure the budget for the whole album and it's promotion was much higher than with the previous releases, a huge reason to not let it go to waste.

Chaewon's new look has such a great impact in this comeback, I can't remember how big was the impact when Minju showed her new look for Violeta. But some months after she was named as the center for Buenos Aires. So maybe the center for the next Japanese single will be Chaewon. Maybe.

 

I won't be surprised. She is amazingly popular in Japan (looking from her HT sales number).

 

I think she's about to become my new K-line bias in the group, she's really standing out for me now ahead of the other members.

Just because they've been lazy lately doesn't mean the coin has never been there dd

 

Sorry to get into this argument, this will probably be my last post but Beginner and Gingham Check do not even qualify at this point. Filming and editing just in general is very lackluster in AKB singles. Now Bokutachi is probably my favourite AKB MV, it's beautiful (with Iiwake Maybe at a 2nd if it were edited better) but K-Pop just in general just has that certain pleasing aesthetic, shown in the BLOOM*IZ concept trailer and now this teaser. Set design, stylists, editing. They clearly know what they're doing.
