I read Kojimako's mobame for 2014/12/2 where she wrote that she was rehearsing for the 2014 FNS Kayousai.

But she wrote she had lessons after that rehearsal. If I'm not wrong, lessons means lessons at Majisuka Gakuen. So in summary. Yes she did have rehearsal for the Kayousai with Yuria, but she was probably filming for MG after that.

I'm glad Mako's getting new projects lately!! She's doing well. I'm pretty sure she'll get a good role in Maji 4. I really can't wait to see her in the drama!!

I'm not sure if Mako appearing less in live performances is related to her HS results, because I find her HS results still great. She's doing the best at HS, between all new gens. I feel that overall new gens appear a lot less in this new single. I hope the next AKB single can have more new gens. Maybe it's better to keep it as 16-members senbatsu instead of 32-members (since most others get ignored anyway) and have Mako become the center of b-side song. She can always appear on Tv performances to replace members who aren't there. also, I would really love if Tentoumu Chu! get their own single, their official debut. That would be awesome! For now, I wonder if Mako will get any unit song in the new AKB album in January...

I can't believe Makotin is bad at HS. Just look at her smile, and watch her on stage. How would any think she could be bad to meet?

Her not being a sub for some of the 16nin KR performances is also nothing to worry about. There are literally a ton of other girls that should also be getting some of those chances. Plus her work schedule probably did not line-up with those shows. She is getting busier and busier.

I love Mako's post about Takamina's graduation!! I think this year will be so important for AKB, because it's their 10th anniversary, and lots of things will happen, there's also Takamina's graduation in the end (maybe also other 1st gen's?), and the new gens will have to work even more. I'm worried that if there are new free spots in AKB's senbatsu, they'll be filled with sister groups members who are popular. :/ AKB new gens have so many girls with great potential. For a start, it would be great if all the new gens can increase their ranks (or rank first time) in the next elections. So they'll have more chances when it comes to being regular senbatsu later. I don't expect Mako or any other member becoming regular senbatsu already (for 16-members) but once Takamina (and possible other 1st gen's) will leave (so, in 2016), I really hope they will select AKB's new gens to become regular, including Mako.

For now it's a bit soon to talk about all this, but this is what I was thinking about when reading Mako's post about all this! I think she also wrote a post before, I don't remember well when it was, I think at Yuko's graduation. She was talking about AKB's future and how she didn't want people to say that "AKB is over" because of seniors graduating and that she wants to work hard and prove everyone that AKB will continue. I love the way she thinks

I hope the next year will be even better for Mako!!
For now I'm so curious what role she will get in Maji 4 XD
I tried to imagine her with a cool styling (but maybe they'll give her the "normal girl" role).
I think she has pretty good chances to become the lead!

 

While the 2014/12/06 Mechaike Dokkiri SP was airing, there was a storm in a teacup on twitter and 2ch about Kojimako. When Kojimako was shown Takamina's fake scoop picture, https://pbs.twimg.com/media/B4KzVMvCQAEjTeX.jpg:large Kojimako looked at Okamura's back and said she can't tell who it is.

Gan-chan is the nickname for Exile's Iwata Takanori.
She was actually making a joke because a Takamina and Gan-chan couple is about as likely as a meteor shower landing in your bedroom. You can tell it was was joke by the smile on Renacchi's, Yuria's and Kojimako's faces https://pbs.twimg.com/media/B4KzU7tCAAAXvPm.jpg:large

Anyway a handful of Exile fans took offense with Kojimako using his nickname. As you might know Japan is very strict about how to address your elders and senpais. AKB48 fans on twitter and 2ch didn't even understand what the fuss was about and defended her. Some people on 2ch used the opportunity to suggest that Kojimako likes Iwata Takanori. It was really unsightly.

And all that started from a harmless joke between friends. Kojimako didn't even know she was being filmed. The cameras in that particular room were hidden, as this was a dokkiri. Kojimako thought she was talking to members and Shinobu-san only. It can't sound rude, because she was talking to friends. Anyway she was just making a joke. A pretty funny joke too.

Nevertheless, immediately after Mechaike aired Kojimako apologized repeatedly to Iwata-san and his fans on her 755:
