They've previously announced all the coupling songs will be revealed at the Okinawa performance, so particularly pleasing that it's being streamed.

 

We now have a live-streamed =LOVE concert, a ≠ME stage and a ≒JOY SHOWROOM happening at the same time They're rivalling for fans' attention that night

 

is that means no nearjoy song in this single ?
still hoping they can perform sooner, since new gens from the other group already doing something when nearjoy member still locked in yoani basement for months

 

I didn't think about it, but probably not. In comparison, ≠ME was established in November 2018 and if I remember correctly, their first song on an =LOVE single was Kimi no Oto Dattanda. That was in October 2019. So it took almost a year for their first b-side feature. Their digital single ≠ME (which didn't count as their debut afaik) was also in August 2019.

NearJoy is only a bit older than a month, so I'm not surprised they're not featured on this single yet. Also because the single was announced like 2 weeks after NearJoy was officially revealed. I don't think they're quite ready yet for their own song with music video and all.

I'm sooo happy about Maika being the center of the new single "Ano ko Complex" I didn't expect that they would change the center but the fact that it happened and it's my favorite member, I feel lucky lol. The MV is really good, it's dark with the rain and everything, I think it's a perfect atmosphere for this song. The song is good too (and I know I'm going to like it even more after Maika will sing it solo in Showroom, which will definitely happen lol). Maika's voice is so good in the first lines and all her solo lines, and the part at the end! Her voice is just... the best She did so well, she looks beautiful, I'm happy ;w; of course everyone else did great too (my 2nd fav voice is Iori btw she sounds really nice).

I'm also surprised at all the attention that this song is getting. The views, the likes, the comments... there's a lot o_o it's amazing that they are doing so well. Things keep getting better!

Speaking of Maika, I've been watching the 'IDOLS' acting project where she participated this year, along with HKT's Nappi and Girls²'s Kira. I love the fact that 2 of my fav idols Maika & Nappi got to act together and it looks like they became close! That's another thing that made me feel lucky lol maybe being a fan of Maika is bringing me good luck haha. I have to say, I love Maika's acting in this (you can find all the videos here, the concept is that they receive a theme and then decide on everything, name, clothes, hairstyles, story, and then do a short 'screen test' where they act a scene). I still didn't see all of the videos but from what I saw, Maika's acting is always good, interesting and funny (when she played both a brother and his girlfriend XD). and during the talking parts, she is super nice, so friendly, fun, positive, always with a smile, so talkative, easily interacting with others. what a great girl

11th Single C/W : Smile Recipe

Ah the PV is so cute with the blue bunny haha joke aside, consider how beauty and lovely the girls became! I remember the first PV with the 12 little girls Happy seeing Captain got a center song (finally?) B-Sides are 98% safe to be so good!
