I actually watched her birthday speech during her birthday stage yesterday, and I'm not sure if I understood things very well, but I believe she said that she is still dreaming of senbatsu, also that she wants to release a photobook or something like this? That sounds to me like she isn't planning to graduate yet so I wouldn't worry too much about that, although it happens often that idols have plans like these and still decide to graduate, so of course we never know what can happen. But right now I don't think that she is planning to graduate...
She was an insider and was only on the show to make the other ones look better. But she can't say that yet. She wants to release a photobook before she finishes her activities in entertainment, and the best way to achieve that is the senbatsu.
