After a few listens from me, I love this Pizza Song XD And I'm actually quite surprised that they put all their kennin and transferred members into the senbatsu. Of course being Yukirin Oshi I'm happy for her being in this senbatsu especially at the front I think she's definitely not gonna be in the corner like in some singles.

management should just change the name of this song to "Eat Pizza" - lyrically it would totally still work because that's how much love I have for pizza

 

Yeah this single is good for Yukirin because in AKB lately they only push "new gen" (and somewhat younger) girls and even though Yukirin is one of the top members in popularity she's not as young as many of the girls in senbatsu and not so pushed... but in NMB they don't have to worry as much about pushing every new gen girl and stuff (really I think no sister group is changing image as fast as AKB itself anyway in terms of a generation shift) so they can easily put Yukirin in a position more deserving of her popularity in a sister group like NMB. I won't lie, it angers me to see Yukirin in the back row of senbatsu despite being always in the top 10 and past few years in the top 5, so I'm happy about 3rd position here.

 

I know, it has been quite a sad past few senbatsu for us Yuki oshis and it seems as though she gets a second chance in NMB

NMB48 feat. Yoshimoto Shikigeki Vol. 9 has been postponed due to the events from yesterday. Not sure if this will threaten its availability on the release or not, but worth noting.

Everything is up in the air now. There are a bunch of events happening this weekend and next too. All high-touches after the theater shows are cancelled but the shows itself will apparently still go on. Basically, they are making sure the girls get far away from the fans as possible right now which is the correct decision.

 

I really like the song. Nagiichi is my favourite NMB single, and this one is a serious contenders of top song of NMB!
