Okappa chosen for AKB summer single senbatsu.... Just announced ahhhhhh!!!!! (Katomina too!)

 

I'm actually glad that they're pushing Okappa along with Katomina. The girl is very charming and I believe she has the potential to be NGT's center, but I think she'll fare better without megapush. Let her work her way into our hearts

 

Congratulations Moeka! In my honest opinion she probably won't ever be a single center. It probably will be KatoMina and Moeka or RikaMina. I have the feeling NGT will always have 2-3 centers.

In a world of generic in-your-face idols, Moeka is like a breath of fresh air. Be it her perceived fragility (must be those darned puppy eyes - don't look at me like that dammit!), her reserved cuteness; she just has the "it" factor, drawing your eyes to her naturally.

If anything, her overall image reminds me of another girl who makes fully grown men melt and sends their "want-to-protect-and-comfort-her" mode into overdrive -- Nishino Nanase. Hardly surprising when the Max Toki 315 MV feels very much like a Nogizaka offering.

Best of luck to her. Looks like she's getting a lot of well deserved notice.

 

I hope so, NMB kinda had that with SayaMilkyNana and it worked well, similar to AtsuMinaYuu, I hope it works out like that.
So glad she made the akb senbatsu!! Ironic that Katomina and Moeka's first senbatsu isn't with NGT LOL

 

Congrats to Moeka for making it in the AKB summer single senbatsu! The more I see of her, the more I end up loving her. There's something about her that really draws you in and makes you want to root for her. I also love how she seems shy at first glance, but she's actually really goofy and has a pretty quirky sense of humor

 

Just saw the news on AKB's new drama, AKB Love Night Koi Doujo, and Moeka is one of the 40 members chosen! (The only NGT rep besides Kitarie)
AKB mgmt is pushing her way harder than NGT mgmt

 

They really are.
Again very happy for her and this new opportunity - they're literally just being thrown at her!!
She's very expressive so this could be really good for her.
