Yoasobi just broke another record, their debut song, Yoru ni Kakeru became the first Jpop song streamed 500 million times on Spotify Waiting for Ikura & Ayase to wear FC Barcelona shirt as Spotify is the sponsor of the football club just like Le Sserafim (Sakura)

Shimada Haruka must be disappointed. The September Sumo Tournament just concluded. For the whole 15 days, a rikishi from her home town of Atami, called Atamifuji, was in the lead. At one point he even led by two matches, but lost a match near the end, but still entered the last day leading by one. Unfortunately he lost his match which forced him into a playoff, which he lost as well. He would have been the first contestant from Shizuoka Prefecture to win the Emperor's Cup.

I live is a world of Swifties. Although no on went to the Grove on Thursday for the World premiere, one granddaughter went to at least three Era's Tour concerts and had said she would go with me to the movie. My daughter bought tickets for another granddaughter and two friends, but the friends backed out, so I am going to the movie tomorrow with my daughter and two granddaughters.
This is an "Experiences" post. While not a big Taylor Swift fan, I highly recommend the movie. Note that if you are in Japan like @bonjourmarlene and @dutchie you can see it now, as it opened on the 13th. I saw it with my daughter and two granddaughters. The tour came to LA for six nights, and the movie was filmed during the first three. One granddaughter was at one filming and one additional show, and my daughter and her other daughters saw it on two different nights, including one filming. Today we were in a local theater with Dolby sound, which I highly recommend. During parts with deep base, I felt like I was in a massage chair, as the vibrations were clearly felt. For souvenirs, we were given a poster and could buy drink cups and popcorn buckets. I have been listening to music all my life; In 1954 I bought my first record, a 78 of Rosemary Clooney singing This Ole House, and I am still listening today. As I mentioned, the eldest is a big fan, and she make me a bracelet. (at the end of the movie the young woman sitting next to me gave us all bracelets to add to our wrists) The movie's production values were top notch, and while I didn't know many songs, I did know “Shake It Off” “Bad Blood” “You Belong With Me” “Love Story” all of which I enjoyed. I also enjoyed many of the songs I didn't know, as she knows how to perform.

Looks like Universal getting more serious in idol business After getting AKB48 & Hololive, recently Ado, one of Universal Japan highest selling artists, announced that she's producing an idol group Those who are interested to join, are asked to sing one of her songs, Tot Musica from One Piece Film Red original soundtrack during the audition From the song she pick, I can speculate that Ado is looking for girls who sing like she does then make an idol group Feels like Ado's idol would be an alt idol group more than a typical orthodox idol group We know some Ado songs sound like that she's ranting Can Ado's idol group become a top idol & will become a threat to existing idol groups like 48, 46, Sasshi's idols, HP, & also groups produced by Korean agencies based in Japan?
