Team MII is MNL48's 1st team. Currently (June 2022) the team has 9 members.
2018
- May 2 - Team MII is formed with 16 girls: Alice Margarita De Leon, Angelica Mae Batocael, Cristine Jan Elaurza, Dana Leanne Brual, Eunys Abad, Faith Shanrae Santiago, Jessel Montaos, Necca Adelan, Princess Labay, Princess Erica Sanico, Sayaka Awane, Shaira Duran, Sharei Engbino, Sharlene Trixie Tano, Shekinah Arzaga, Vanessa Yap
- May 3 - Alice Margarita De Leon elected as the team captain.
- June 8 - Angelica Mae Batocael, Sharlene Trixie Tano, and Vanessa Yap leave the group. Francinne Rifol, Niña Editha Guirnalda, and Sandee Garcia promoted.
- July 6 - Niña Editha Guirnalda left the group.
- July 9 - Cassandra Mae Pestillos promoted.
2019
- May 1 - Cassandra Mae Pestillos, Eunys Abad, Jessel Montaos, Necca Adelan, Princess Erica Sanico, Sharei Engbino graduate from MNL48.
- May 2 - Maria Jamie Beatrice Alberto, Erica Maria Macabutas, Dana Yzabel Divinagracia, Lorelaine Sañosa, Klaire Presno, Ashley Nicole Somera are promoted.
- June 3 - Princess Rius Briquillo is promoted.
- June 9 - Sayaka Awane graduates from MNL48.
- November 5 - Princess Labay is dismissed from the group. Guinevere Faith Muse is promoted.
2020
- January 25 - MNL48 1st Stage Shonichi.
- January 26 - Faith Shanrae Santiago graduated. Christina Samantha Tagana promoted.
- October 30 - Francinne Rifol graduated.
- December 31 - Erica Maria Macabutas and Shaira Duran are terminated from the group.
2021
- February 13 - Christina Samantha Tagana and Lorelaine Sañosa demoted to MNL48 Trainee.
- May 21 - Alice Margarita De Leon graduated.
