History
Early Life
- Usami was born on Saitama prefecture, but raised in Chiba prefecture.
2005
- She joined AKB48 on October 30th as a member of the first Generation, also known as the Original Team A.
- On December 8th, she was part of the Grand Theatre Opening in Akihabara, Tokyo during AKB48's first stage performance; this marks the day of the AKB48 Anniversary now.
2006
- AKB48's first single Sakura no Hanabiratachi was released on February 1st. It was chosen by fans as the first single, as it was their favorite song from Team A's first stage Party ga Hajimaru yo. As a part of Team A, Usami was chosen as a participating member.
- On March 31st, she graduated from AKB48, becoming the first AKB48 member to graduate.
2006 - 2012
- She remained affiliated with office48 (later renamed as Flave Entertainment) after graduating. Her first job was as an MC.
- Later, she left the agency and became a freelancer, until entering PROUD. She left this agency some time after and went back to freelance work.
2012
- She became affiliated to her current agency, V.A.S.P., where she started working as a radio personality and presenter.
2017
- On February 9th, she got married.
