- During high school, she began studying to become a childcare worker. She eventually changed her mind and decided to attend a music college in hopes of becoming a singer
- She, Fukagawa Mai and Shinuchi Mai were the three oldest members of Nogizaka46 (before Fukagawa's graduation) and all share the same first name
- Threw a ceremonial first-pitch at a baseball game on July 9, 2013, but failed to get the ball across the plate. She was given a second chance on September 17, 2013 which was advertised as her "Revenge First-Pitch"
- After Hashimoto Nanami's graduation, she is now the only member who has been a part of Fukujin in all singles
- Her photobook Passport was a best-seller in 2017, having several reprints.
- For a time, it was the best-selling female photobook until 2020, but still retains the title for best-selling female idol photobook.
