The MNL48 3rd General Elections was announced on March 13, 2020. It will be held from February 6, 2021 to February 20, 2021 at ABS-CBN, Its Showtime Online Universe and at It's Showtime Live. Fans can vote for their favorite member.

Fans can vote using the voting ballots included on the 6th single, theater show ticket, and selected merchandises. Voting will open on March 15, 2020 at 9:00 PM until November 30, 2020 at 11:59 PM (PST).

• Jillian Shane Pilones, Querubin Gonzalez and Yiesha Amera Ungad applied for the Election, but retired their application after they withdrew from the group.
• Erica Maria Macabutas, Shaira Duran, and Shaina Duran applied for the Election, but got terminated on December 31, 2020.
• Only Glaciana Marie Pelagio and Jashmin Iballo are the only members that didn't ranked.
