SETLIST ~Greatest Songs 2006-2007~ is AKB48's first album, and was also a compilation/best-of album. This release includes all the major singles from debut until Yuuhi wo Miteiru ka?, including the indie singles Sakura no Hanabiratachi and Skirt, Hirari. A remastered version of Skirt, Hirari and a modified version of Virgin love with new lyrics were used instead of the original compositions.
The remaining songs were coupling songs from the compiled singles, as well as 2 stage songs (1 from Team K and the other from Team A). The Limited Edition DVD included Yuuhi wo Miteiru ka?'s music video and a making-of clip, as well as a bonus video.
