- Auditioned for AKB48's 16th Generation, but failed during the final round.
2017
- On November 11th, was considered a draft member at the AKB48 Group 3rd Draft Kaigi.
2018
- On January 21th, was officially chosen by Team K.
- On November 28th, was part of her first song Saikyou Twintail on the single NO WAY MAN. She centered this song.

2021
- On June 9th, changed her Instagram username (removed the "AKB48" from it) and opened up a YouTube channel. Also announced that she would hold a solo live event on her social media accounts on July 5th.
- On July 5th, held a live stream on her Instagram and TikTok account, where she performed four original songs called "Shake It", "Peter Pan" (ピーターパン), "Onomatope" (オノマトペ), and "Encore" (アンコール). She also sang a cover and an original encore song.
- On October 14th, announced that she ended her contract with Avex Management after one and a half years. After ending her contract, Moeka went on a social media hiatus for another year and a half and didn't appear anywhere publicly otherwise.
