Synopsis
As part of NHK's educational "Koukou Kouza" (High School Lectures) series, Takahashi Hideki hosts a 20-minute "Japanese History" lecture. Mukaichi Mion, Komiyama Haruka and Tsuchiyasu Mizuki play the role of his students in training to become "History Idols" (歴史アイドル Rekishi aidoru) or "Rekidoru" (歴ドル) for short, idols who possess in-depth knowledge about history. They learn about historical Japan and its culture starting from the Paleolithic Era onwards.
