- During a listening party before the release of the album, Okada Nana confirmed this song is about Michieda Saki. Saki has a large family, so during the COVID-19 pandemic, members of her family would contract COVID-19 and as a consequence, Saki had to isolate to stop the spread even if she herself wasn't ill. Therefore, she lived with Nana for a while - during that time, Nana also suffered from a sore throat at one point and Saki looked after Nana. The lyrics also furthermore hint at this by using 先 (saki) and 道 (michi).
