Nogizaka46 Under Member Underlive 2016 National Tour! Q: What is Underlive? A: The Underlive are concerts performed by only Under Members of Nogizaka46. Q: Under Members? What's that? A: The Under Members are members of Nogizaka46 not selected for Senbatsu positon. Simply they're kind of seperate faction where they're not exposed to the media as much. Q:So does that mean they're not popular? A:It depends. They substantial popularity but not as much as the senbatsu members. Q:So why should I attend their concert? A:I can tell several reasons; 1) They're not so popular so your chances of getting a ticket is much higher than a full member concert. 2) It's one of the best thing that Nogizaka46 has ever produced. 3) It's mostly planned by the Under Members themselves! Choreography, setlist, lightings, cameras, etc. 4) They're choked full of talent that don't get to be displayed on the media much so Underlives are your only chance to see them Q:That sound swell! Will update when future performance date are release. Q:Wow there's a lot of performance. How do I get the tickets? A:As a foreigner, the only way you can get the tickets is through general sales. You can try contacting someone WITH A MOBILE MEMBERSHIP to help you get a ticket through mobile members only pre-sale tickets but there is no guarantee that you'll get it because it's a lottery based system. Also, when the tickets are bought, the buyer's name is printed on the ticket. Obviously it's not your name BUT you can try to use it and pray that the staff at the concert entrance does not do a thorough check (there are reports that they don't really check foreigners). Q:Ughhh... Sounds like a lot of pain. How do I buy from general sales? A:I wrote about this before. Here's a long post: Usually through Rakuten. Nogizaka46 official website will update us through their news page on which site to buy their tickets. Usually around a month before their tour starts, they'll start selling their tickets. You'll need a credit card for online transaction. Master and VISA are good choices. You have to sign up for Rakuten JAPANESE website. The 'My Rakuten Particulars' are conveniently in English so it's easier to input your details. However you need a Japanese address which you can get by signing up with Tenso. Once you get that; just input the info you get into your address. The most important one is your Japanese phone number and don't try to use a fake name. Then just fill up your methods of payment. After your details is done, when the site start selling tickets, picked your preferred dates and which concert you want to attend through the link Nogizaka46 official website had provided. The detail form should be automatically filled up with what you have input in your profile but the name. You have to use Kana system. No alphabet. For example if your name is John Smith (so classic), just type スミス [last name] ジョン [first name]. Converter here. After that, choose payment methods. If you pay first, print later (first choice), high chance of getting the ticket rather than 2nd choice (reserve now, print and pay later). You can get the tickets printed at 7-11 in Japan so no need to ship concert ticket. Fill in your payment detail (if you choose to pay now. Yeah you have to fill up again) and pray for it to be a success. They'll send an e-mail stating whether you got the tickets or not. Just print out that statement and show it to 7-11 clerk (bring your passport with you for confirmation and remember your Japanese phone number) when you're in Japan and they'll handle the rest. Tip: Try not to catch their live concert in Tokyo area. Almost impossible to get. I really really recommend you to go if you happened to travel to Japan during these dates. Forget March performances there's still April. If you have any questions on about this or the Under Members, feel free to ask.
Oh, I just completely assumed Zenkoku tour meant only what it usually means, once in most but not every region. I had no idea it would be every prefecture
^ I thought it was weird they didn't cover 2 of their famous prefecture, Osaka and Hokkaido until I read that it's only the Tohoku Series. The fact they're moving from prefecture to prefecture and having a performance everyday is pretty impressive. Anyway I'll be going to the 20th March 12pm performance in Nagoya. I'll do a some sort of report from the venue on that day and take pictures (outside) to let you guys see the event.
Ah, I plan on going mid May. Hopefully I can get tickets if they're performing then, but I won't hold my breath haha.
I think they might cover every area before their Midsummer Tour as a whole group starts. I'll keep you guys posted when information is released.
damn still doing thesis so can't travel to japan and watch one of their concert... Hope there would be dvd for it, really really want to watch it
^ Management haven't been releasing any performance DVD because thanks to sponsorship from 3rd party channel like Sukapa TV, they don't need to fork a single cent to produce a DVD because they know people will just record it. Plus they don't want to risk producing something that doesn't have senbatsu member in it for fear of low sales. Still I would love DVD/Bluray myself because of the bonus content. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Have you seen any recordings posted on YouTube or DailyMotion? I would love to view an under live show
There are only bits and pieces of their live from webshows and TV programme. Here is their first Underlive from Nogikoko. http://www.nogizaka46.com/smph/video/index.php?bclid=nogikoko (3rd last from the list) And here is from their last year Underlive in Budokan. If you look closely, you'll notice that other members are doing interview with cameraman in the background. For DVD bonus content maybe? I wish.
Updates on Underlive 2016 Tohoku series tickets information: Pre-sale tickets for mentioned events will be available on Friday, 11 March, 12PM JST until Tuesday, 15 March 11:59PM for each performance. You can purchase the tickets through Rakuten webpage: http://ticket.rakuten.co.jp/music/jpop/idle/RTZPNKI Please note that this is a LOTTERY BASED SYSTEM and NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. So please take your time to consider which performance you want to go to. The result of your purchase will be on Friday, 18 March. Even if you're not successful, you can still try the general sale at a later date. Any questions about this or Under Members, feel free to ask.
Official goods for Underlive in Nagoya Nagashima Seira Graduation Concert for this weekend. I really like how they chose her favorite color. It's so bright and cheerful! Even though it's her graduation she's still telling people not to be down with her color. Man, what a thoughtful person she is...
I'm very sad that she's leaving, but i'm happy that she's had the most fanfare for a graduation to date (although it will be eclipsed by MaiMai's graduation). I'm also happy that she's graduating for a purpose. From what I understand she held off on going to university while she pursued Nogizaka46 and she's graduating to enter university on a fresh start, the only downside is that this means she's likely leaving entertainment industry altogether.
^ You can see how vast the treatment between the two even though Maimai's graduation is still quite far. She indeed put off university because of Nogizaka46 according to her blog. She still want to continue to her career as an entertainer so maybe she'll go to a media related one like Konno Asami who became a newscaster and anchor and my other popular entertainer. Of course this means that we won't see her on the media for a long while since she's focusing on her studies. Actually I never read or heard her saying she's entering university after she graduated. I collected my UnderLive ticket. Can't wait for Sunday! Gotta grab her graduation goods early.
I'm sad to see her go.. she may not be my favorite member, but in terms of variety and entertainment, she's a joy to watch.. I just watched acchan's graduation concert and that made me cry, so although seirarin's may not be as grand nor as spectacular, it'll definitely make a lot of people cry.. Nogizaka will miss a great entertainer
I'm in Nagoya Congress Centre. The place they picked is not so open so it's not like people can come and go as they please. Music is barely audible so i can't describe what song is being played. Security is very strict. Currently queuing for concert goods.
Sorry, rust. Gonna spam here a bit. Earlier i was queuing for the goods, bouquets of flowers can be seen. All of them were addressed to Seirarin with the exception of Rajira for Himetan and Seirarin. There's one particular bouquet that intrigue me. It was by a programme and it has Rarin's name in it as the programme headline. It will be OA on 29 March. I guess she already landed herself a job??? Anyway there's a small monitor that I can see displaying what's going on inside. The girls were having their MC section. When the door I could hear Yuttan's voice and my goodness, she sounds cuter hearing live that I unintentionally smiled! I couldn't take any picture because we're only allowed to buy concert goods and I just blew 20,000 yen in one night. They picked a residential place for her graduation so I guess they can't really turn up the volume for people outside to hear. It's a really quiet neighborhood. Well i guess tomorrow it will more happening. I'll post my purchased later.

Seirin last day as nogizaka46 has started. I'm so sad! At least she reached so many goals as members where many Idols only dream about it for example sing on kouhaku or performed for over 30.000 people!
