If the member is still in the entertainment industry, you can try contacting their agency but if not, you're out of luck.

Edit: I was confused with what you said at first because I thought you meant like an ex-member of SKE, Nogi, and AKB but you can try contacting Miraikuru (Kurumin's agency). I'm sure you can do the same with AKB and Nogi but I'm not 100% sure. If I remember correctly, a few pages back, there were responses regarding fanmails so you can check there.

I asked this in the SKE threads but no one replied so. Could anyone explain to me the differences between the bonuses if I order SKE's singles from amazon, cdjapan and mu-mo ? Thanks in advance.

^ I get that they all have different bonuses. From what I read a set of bonus is included in all limited editions. But mu-mo says something about a second originally set only on their site ? And CDJapan says the same thing too while Amazon has nothing ?

 

The limited editions of ske singles have a photo included inside the cd case, but the stores also have their own external bonus photos. So, every limited edition come with one random photo inside, and with a shop bonus photo provided by the store and normally they will send the same photo with all the copies they sell. Some stores send the shop bonus photo by default until they run out of them, amazon on the other hand list them as an amazon exclusive at full price and they also sell a version without the shop bonus photo for a few yen less.
