JKT48 5th Sounsenkyo: RE:BOOST

Announcement Event will be held on November 17th, 2018.
20th single will be released January 2019.



Voting method:
"UZA/Everyday, Kachuusa" single will get a voting code (x6 vote)
JKT48 Circus download card (bought before July 15th) will get a voting code (x3 vote)
new download card released on October 2018 will get a voting code (x3 vote)


Timetable
July - "UZA/Everyday, Kachuusa" CD release + JKT48 Circus Download Card voting code distribution
August 18th - Member's campaign video upload
September 8th - Voting start
September 29th - 1st Result Announcement (on Everyday Kachuusha/UZA Handshake Festival)
September 30th - new music card release
October - 2nd Result Announcement (TBC)
November 14th - Voting close
November 17th - Announcement event (TBC)


Another vote method (SMS/Official/Theater Attendance) will be announced soon.

 

Is the usual voting time for previous sousenkyo this long? 3 months wow :/

 

@algae27 because JOT want fans from outside Jakarta to participate more, so they give us more time to vote

 

I think, JKT48 start to "circumcise" their money... So, this year they only release a single with two a side and a special single. While I'm sure, the debut for new single and songs could be leaked on this year...

 

Oh, it makes sense with JKT Circus. I see, hahaha. Fans could vote on the event, create more hype, too.

@Akira with short time frame to practice upon the announcement of the winners, I get the feeling that the song would be the likes of Jabaja or High Tension :/

I love both songs tho, so I don't really mind xD

anyway how do you buy CD in Indonesia? I heard there's no more record shop in ID, so digital download perhaps?

 

We often buy JKT48 CDs via tokopedia or theater only after disctarra (the largest CD retailer in Indonesia) shutting down at the end of 2016

 

Yupi's committee does have a PayPal account. Let's see when they'll open donations. I hope they could send the CDs aboard too.

Yeah, that's sad Disctarra was closed. Now I have to buy CDs of every artist I like online except JKT48 whose CD I can buy in theater or stand during handshakes.
