She had several times showing her singing ability in variety shows.
1. Karaoke with Ikuchan and Chiichan in Nogidoko
2. ‎Himura Prize episode in Koujichuu
3. ‎An episode when she sang Scatman in Koujichuu
4. ‎Karaoke battle in 46 hours TV

 

There's her being the other vocalist of Nogidan. I will miss that the most about Himetan (apart from the BEAM!)

I meant singing like the example I provided. I don't think one night carnival and the other song required the same sorta singing that really show cased her voice like the example I gave. I wish she had more opportunities to sing as she did there. She sings better than some of the ones they are constantly given center

 

Well... maybe, but be on center ... maybe, Himetan can´t center because her sister? Maybe if her don´t wanna be head, maybe her was wanna be a bone?

I think we don´t get these never her answer. But... it can be also opposite... who knows?

 

Well that's the idol world, it's usually never the talented ones who end up on top. Himeka is one of the better singer but maybe lacks that little thing for the Idol world.

Too bad she appears to head for a life outside showbiz, she had talent. Who knows in a year or so she might miss it and come back solo.

Anyone listen to her last Rajira show? Anything nice come out of it? Was there a lot of tears? Damn. I wish I knew Japanese...

Also, looking forward to the NogiChu translations from backstage Tokyo Dome. So gonna miss her...

They will have a segment of her and Marika on the episode of Nogizaka SHOW! that covers the Tokyo Dome I'm sure, but otherwise, yes.

To put a positive spin on it; I wish I could have retired at 21 too.

 

There were plenty of tears near the end of the radio show, with fans, her co-hosts and staff all thanking her and wishing her well.

I think the biggest tear jerker moment was probably Himetan announcing her last ever beam before breaking into "ikimasu yo! Himetan beeeaaam!"
Funny how such a silly gag could end up being so sad.

 

Really tho, that "last beam" hit me right in the heart... Tears suddenly jerked out.
