The results for this year's rankings have arrived. 743 members who were active in 2023 were eligible, to which you voted over 296 of them. Though it was a Ranking low 47 people took part in this years voting. Its still nice that people do still take part in this . FYI, all of the folks that gave negative votes I counted (I even did the same thing and gave my reasons for the negative votes I gave when I voted).

I gave her 1 point! Around mid-2023, I finally took the time to learn a bit about HKT's 6th gen (around one year after their debut) and I realized how great they are ;w; I wrote quite a lot about them here on their thread. Actually I have a hard time to pick favorites in this generation... They're all so nice! I wish more people got to know them because they're just great. But yes, among them, I voted for two members and one of them is Saaya. I really like Saaya, I noticed her since their debut! She's pretty and she gives a very refreshing feeling. She's really cute too, she makes a lot of cute expressions etc. I also enjoyed seeing her in the theater and I was happy that she centered for the KKS stage (that sadly didn't last very long). Hopefully she can make senbatsu this year!

I gave her 1 point! I became a fan of Miki around the beginning of 2023 when I started watching the Team KII performances for their new stage "Jikan ga Nai" (well, not so new anymore now XD). I wrote a lot about the stage here. I already noticed Miki when I watched one of the SKE KKS performances before, she was centering and she did such a good job that she took my attention! and then seeing her in this KII stage, she was just great! She's pretty, cute, and also a very good dancer, and she has a nice voice! She became one of my favorites in SKE. Sadly I didn't get the time (jikan ga nai!) to watch more of the KII performances so it's been months since the last time, which is a shame because I absolutely love it everytime I saw it! and I highly recommend watching this stage! I hope that Miki can get more opportunities in the group this year ^^

Her big, warm and bright smile is all that's maintaining any sort of interest for me in NGT.

In my case it's -4 pts. It's not so difficult to explain that she was my NMB oshi and I'm fed up how she has finished her "アイドルの物語" Also her "case" reminded me Yokono Sumire trauma, scandal was followed by grad announcement by my another NMB oshi - Sadoharu.

I can say it officially - in the last year I graduated from NMB

 

I put Manami in 15th place this year. Previously she's vied with Seichan for my second favourite 15th gen. Even if she didn't get the spotlight much during her idol career, she was an important presence helping other members learn and remember their choreography, and her departure left a void (though so did many others). Also she really shone on stage. I'll miss her presence in the group.

My first negative vote. (-4) Her bunshuned action caused negative image to AKB48.

My second negative vote. (-1) Her actions regarding on not breaking relationship with her ex-BF caused this vote.

My third negative vote. (-3) Her sex life is self-explaintionary.

My fourth negative vote. (-2) Her actions in Not Equal Me concert caused my lose of trust in her.

 

When I first joined the fandom of AKB in 2018, she stood out the most to me, she is very unconventionally beautiful tho, and became my original oshi, through her I got to learn more about Onishi. At 22 a human being starts aging. As Sayuna Hamachan radiated cuteness, it was predictable to me, that she would decide on leaving shortly before her 22nd birthday. 48G becomes more & more unconventional tho, Wada Miyu, the Nakazawa Yuko of AKB joined the group, aged 23, so I would have also enjoyed Sayuna staying for few more years.

 

tbf she didn't appeared in any singles/albums last 2023 but she got promoted at least which is a surprise for me

She deserves better in the group, still a consistent ranker in the ssk but still didn't catch a break

I liked Ayu-chan after watching the Cooking Senbatsu Episodes of Sayonara Mouri-san. She was the last to be drafted but then ended up on the winning team, so I felt it was a interesting twist of fate.

 

Ranks 250-201 are now up .

 

A couple of mine showed up, as I was the only one to vote for them.
Kanemura Miku should have ranked higher, but I forgot to put her on my list, as I was looking over the names I blanked out on her as I always think of her as Osushi.

My NMB-oshi with a perennially happy and cheerful personality who is a reasonably good English speaker. I'm very pleased to see her included in the senbatsu for the latest single.

 

I guess this results from very few participants for this year's event. After two days of reveal, I'm the lone voter for these 3 happy aura members

With the entry of Hinatazaka46's 4th generation, I have decided to revive my inner ohisama just last year. I even binge-watched Hina Ai from the very first episode since I missed a lot after giving my (almost) full attention to team purple.

When a new generation is introduced, I always like it when a member despite being the youngest doesn't act like one. Well perhaps a bit of a spoiler, there are three others on my list, all belonging to the other group. The 4th is Watanabe Rina. This girl is so composed that it's sometimes funny. I'm rooting for her.

Konishi Nanami is naturally funny. I think she's beautiful. I hope she does well in the coming years.

As for Hamagishi Hiyori, I didn't even pay much attention to her when they were introduced as the new members of Hiragana. I started liking her more and more after watching their Valentine episodes countless times. She has a lot of funny moments. After watching several other episodes, I thought to myself she's actually cute. She has improved a lot since their debut and lately I find her so pretty. I'm a bit sad she's the only 2nd generation member dropped to Under but I hope this would motivate her more than discourage her.

Today only one of my choices was revealed. I gave 1 point to Kyonko. Last year she was 18 (anyway +1 pt) in my personal ranking. Good year, but not as the previous one.
