The Gamer Thread

I'm a gamer but I usulay don't have much time anymore due to buzy life.

 

The latest XBOX Live Update that was released today has really thrown things for a loop. Call of Duty 4 won't even go online. It locks up, and Halo 3 is glitching like crazy. I played a CTF game on Sandtrap, and in one instance, the Elephant went 30 feet in the air like a huge bomb went off underneath it for no reason. It was funny to see, but sheesh.

 

Anybody played the NFS Pro Street yet??

I'm a fan of NFS series...

 

Haven't played any online games yetand it sounds like I shouldn't, but I really like the feature where it can play .avi files now! For that sole purpose, I'm using my Xbox so much that I'm abusing it.

Sorry, Kaze, but I've never heard of this thing you call "NFS Pro Street" Otherwise, I'd probably be playing it. XD

XBOX Live was fixed the next day thankfully, and yes, Divx/Xvid support is awesome!

Too bad Microsoft doesn't give these awesome features until the competition does. :x

 

eh i might get the new nfs game because the new m3 is in it but no cop chases? : (

 

good to see the nfs series has broke away from its tradition of having european/japanese makers only cars in one game, and shifted into cars from all cultures. too bad i'm still running a 8600GT, so graphics wont be too good on my screen. Damn money problems :S although I would be working full time next year, but I'm planning to spend them for my one year exchange program in 09

Also I play super Mario World on my SNES. Its still a good quiality game. :O I grew up on it

 

I'm a bit of a gamer myself.

Right now, World of Warcraft seems to be taking up most of my game time (playing two Blood Elves; A paladin and a mage) But have been finding time to play both Unreal Tournament and Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, both of which are great games.

 

I have a Playstation 3 which i play Call of Duty online when i get time, Playstation 2, PSP, Nintendo Wii and a Nintendo DS..... i play my PS2 most for Persona 3, that is such an AWESOME GAME!
