Hoping they mix the manzai up a bit this time. I'd love to see a Sayaka +Maachun and especially a Rikanyan+Riichan. Riichan is a natural born boke, and Rikanyan compliments her perfectly as shown in their shazai douga on google+.

Hope they make room for hitomin, momoka and Keicchi again. Would like to see Kanakichi appear too, girls hilarious.

I posted about in the Milky thread a few days ago when she posted herself wearing the Geinin uniform but I'm glad it was officially confirmed.

More importantly, Gotou and Non-chan are back!

GODDAMN THIS SHOW (AND YOSHIMOTO KNOWS HOW TO RUN AN IDOL GROUP).

2 seconds in and we get a new song!!! AND IT'S WAY BETTER THAN MOUSOU GF!

The show was met with pretty good reviews wherever I read, the returning regular's skill has increased significantly, with Sayanee and Maachun's pace improving greatly. Nana brought her style back, and Ripopo was brought in flawlessly. I'm glad we have Keiichi,Riichan and Fuuchan returning to their original roles (Unlike MR1-3) and their even featuring KKS!

Gotou and Non-chan are as consistent as ever and Yui's coming next week!!

This felt really nostalgic, and some awesome throwbacks to the previous season.

BUT THAT NEW SONG IS SICK.

i am quite pleased with this episode, though there are far too many "shakureta" jokes for me

nana still sucks at the random variety portion. oh nana. never change.

yeah that's why i like her as well.

although suberi queen doesn't have a rosy future. hopefully she finds her way.



speaking of rosy futures, as good as sayaka was, she's surprisingly improving her comedic timing. i don't get it. how is she... wow.

ripopo looks great, maachun is still solid, and fuuchan's developing her comedy sense really nicely. am very excited about this show.

She's smart and observant of the people around her. She picks it up pretty quickly, but she's definitely been in an environment that's fostered some of that growth. With three years under her belt she's definitely getting there.

Speaking of interesting things, Arai Producer has been scouting Team M performances lately and has commented on how good their MCs are, so it's very likely we'll see a lot more of them this season.

I've just watched the first episode. It was so awesome!!

No wonder geinin is the only NMB show that overseas fans give attention. Even if you don't understand japanese at all, you can still have good laugh watching the show.

I laughed so hard in keicchi's joke. Nana is still not funny but her failed jokes keep making me laugh.

I love geinin..

It's the only one that gets enough attention because it's the only one that foreign fans understand.

Keiichi isn't the best at talking (Rikanyan might be better here) but I think if she appears on Geinin more and more she'll get better, as Fuuchan mysteriously has. I also wanna see Airin appear soon too.

Just watching the first episode and that was great!
more than that.. The kenkyuusei Chihiro Kawakami (my potential member that i've tracked since desember) were joining the drama..

Looking forward for the next episode.. that should be GREAT!!

Funny episode, didn't appreciate how they just did away with the usual detailed writing. They completely blew past Yuipon and Akarin's introduction, which is uncharacteristic of them to do since they always introduce everyone, even returning cast members...

The oogiri section was weaker this go around, but its fine since that wasn't the main focus. If it weren't for Gotou this whole section might have been cut out. Yui was awkward, but that's expected and I like her character because she really gives a deeper understanding of owarai so regular people like us can understand it.

Ripopo's manzai was also a bit weak. The boke' were too over the top and Ripopo didn't follow it very well.

Ending talk portion was nice and Yuipon (as many fans have noticed) has just grown stunningly beautiful. I love how they referenced Gotou's regulars with HKT, and this episode must have been filmed a bit after Gotou appeared on Akan Keisatsu SP with Nogizaka. Plus it was awesome seeing all the girls reactions to learning that they were gonna work with Koba again. Just shows how much they love him.

Excited for next week but the cast seems to get a bit crammed. I hope Keiichi, Akarin, Fuuchan and Riichan still get a bit more time.

not surprised that ripopo's tsukkomi was weak, this is her first time doing it. not to mention the writing was kinda weird since she was supposed to be the boke in their plays but tsukkomi in the overall scene.

as for yuipon and akarin, i wouldn't be surprised if they were filmed at a different time in the plot, or something like that. i was wondering why anchu wasn't in the talk at the end.

speaking of anchu, she's awesome. as is momoka who doesn't seem to really care about her performance, she's just over the top... which might actually be the correct way to act based on my amazing history taking acting class once in college

i'm sure the regulars will be the core group sayaka/milky/ripopo/maachun/nana/yui, and other members will rotate in and out. definitely want to see more team B in there.
