- The agency iNKODE was formed in May 2023, by former TVQX! member Kim Jaejoong. He created the agency in 2023, initially primarily focusing on actors, and then announced his plan to debut his first ever girl group in 2024. Jaejoong and other staff at iNKODE followed Honda Hitomi on Instagram months before her reveal as a member, so there had been rumors of her re-debut in Korea for a while before the official announcement.
