General Information

Boku no Taiyou is AKB48's 5th major single, 9th overall, and the 5th released under DefSTAR.

Since this single didn't have a +DVD, Boku no Taiyou's PV and Making-of were included in the next single Yuuhi wo miteiru ka?.

Boku no Taiyou was the second opening theme for TV Anime Deltora Quest and a TV Anime Deltora Quest Sticker was included for the first press bonus. Mirai no Kajitsu was the theme song for KBC Water and Green Campaign 2007.

Boku no Taiyou and Mirai no Kajitsu are also included in H1.

Kojima Haruna did the narration for the CM of this single.
