MNL48 (short for Manila48) is a Filipino Idol Group produced by Akimoto Yasushi and the 5th international sister group of AKB48. The 1st generation members were officially announced on April 28, 2018. The group will have their own theater, located in the Eton Centris Mall in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
