On February 23rd, had her concert debut at the 2020 AKB48 shin Unit Live Matsuri Kaisai Kettei no Oshirase.
On June 21st, was part of her first song, Hanareteitemo (AKB48's charity single for COVID-19).

In February, was announced as a cast member for the stage play Majimuri Gakuen - RAI.
On March 24th, was chosen as the center for Flying Get at "Premium Music 2021".
On March 26th, was dismissed from AKB48 for violating rules.
On December 18th, held an interview with Yahoo News, where she announced her affiliation with Mama & Son Inc., and talked about her dismissal from AKB48.
- The dismissal was due to a misunderstanding, which was cleared up. However, Momoka decided to focus on her academics and left anyway.
