NMB48 (December 2011)

NMB48 (short for Namba48) is an idol girl group produced by Akimoto Yasushi and one of the sister groups of AKB48. The group has their own theatre on Yes-Namba Building, in Namba (a district in Osaka) where they perform. The group made their debut on July 20, 2011. The debut single of the group, Zetsumetsu Kurokami Shoujo, was released on July 20, 2011. Team N was formed on March 10, 2011, Team M on January 26, 2012 and Team BII on October 10, 2012.
