That's great news!!! Congrats Yuko!!! We will have one more mom among the 48G graduates, and she is also the 4th one in Kami 7 to become a mom after Acchan, Mariko and Tomochin (though Mayuyu is retired so we'll never know for her... so we can say Yuko is 4th among the 6 ones who are still active!). She can get advices from the others hehe.
Great! There will be a new AKBaby soon. Spoiler Unlike 11 years ago, this time is without online image editing.
Congrats Yuko! I hope she has a healthy and easy pregnancy You unlocked a memory I'd have rather forgotten ;;

Congrats Yuko! I just happened to be on her Wiki today cuz I wanted to look up when she graduated, and I saw she had a baby. My forever oshimen
I'm watching one of Yuko's older dramas from 2017 called Tokyo Tarareba Musume. I'm only on episode 2, but funny coincidence - Miwako Kakei appeared in episode 2 as a sort of rival to Rinko, the main character and friend of Yuko's character. Miwako Kakei also appears as one of the main characters/antagonists in Mayuyu's 2018 drama "Someday until the rain stops" (also known as Juliet in the Rain or Itsuka Kono Ame ga Yamu Hi Made). Even years after graduation, the AKB48 girls are still somehow connected, no matter how indirectly
I watched it years ago. It not only had Yuko in it, but it introduced me to Perfume. I finished watching Yuko's 2017 drama "Tokyo Tarareba Musume" (Tokyo 'What if' girls). Honestly, I'd give it maybe 1.5 out of 5 stars. My review is spoiler free. The three main characters Rinko, Kaori and Koyuki (Yuko) are 30 year old women who are still single and usually hang out/drink beer at the bar that's owned by Koyuki's dad. They sit together and reminisce about their youth, wondering where they'd be at right now if they hadn't rejected certain men when they were younger. One night, a young blond guy comes into the bar and basically calls them pathetic for being 30 and talking like that, calling them "what if women" (tarareba onna), causing the women (especially Rinko) to question what they're doing with their lives. The plot itself doesn't sound so bad, a bit of slice of life with a dash of romance here and there. My issue with the show was how silly it was in certain parts. Rinko is constantly visited by (imagined?) cartoon characters called Cod (Tara) and Liver (Rēba) (= Tarareba), who tell her off for making bad life choices. Additionally, Rinko herself is also incredibly silly. When a guy compliments her, she turns away from the guy/towards the camera (without addressing the camera) and grin like a Cheshire cat with fanfares playing and light rays emitting from behind her, just very cartoon-ish. It took me out of the show and threw me off a lot. Koyuki was originally made out to be the most reasonable and grounded character, which made me dislike her later character development even more. I was actually annoyed at the ending, but I did enjoy the ending that Koyuki received, so that's something good at least.
