Every episode, a new mission will be give and a girl will be picked by Okubo Kayoko to enter the SKE48 Okubo Kayoko Senbatsu!

Just watched the first episode, this seems like it's going to be a very entertaining show...poor, poor Churi. and 17 year-old Kaotan.

This is shaping up to be a very good show and one I will be following. [clap] I've actually never watched an SKE show but thanks to all the tumblr traffic SKE gets I already know most members and their characters.

The only thing I never heard were things like Ryouha's voice, which was unexpectedly low. :lame: I really enjoyed the first episode and I hope more people will give this a shot. (Maybe it'll even get subbed with SKE winning that contest and all). And Kaotan still is by far my favorite.

Lol the first episode . Jurina's reaction when Kanon said her dajare is boring . I really look up to the next episode.

I hope this show will come out better than Sjo. Sjo's first episode's were pretty good, the whole conquer the world concept.. but it got pretty boring after that. Hope they can keep Jurina and Rena on the show in the future episode's too, not just the firsts to market the show (which probably is the case).. I'm not trying to sound selfish, I know they probably can't show up because of their hectic schedule. It just that we hardly see them on variety show's with other SKE48 members if it's not about marketing single's w/o AKB.

I thought Churi got a ton of good screentime this episode. I had a lot to enjoy

A bit of info for those of you not familiar. 大久保佳代子, the MC of the show, is super, super popular in Japan right now. People say any show she's on is sure to become huge, so yeah, we should have high hopes for this show

...And by the way, that guy you see in the preview for next episode? That's 明石家 さんま, another HUGE name in Japan who's spent more time in the industry than I've been alive. This is already starting to look like the 48G show with the most impressive guest list and we're only 2 episodes in. You can tell they really want this show to succeed...

yeeep~ 大久保佳代子 i also see her as guest in HKT Tonkotsu Gakuin and yes really. It would be better if Jurina and Rena keep on this show, not on first episode only like SJo season 2

Pssst...it's probably not going to help anyone unless you include the romajii. I don't think many on this forum are fluent in kanji, particularly in names.

大久保佳代子 is Okubo Kayoko, the MC
明石家 さんま is Akashiya Sanma, guest in next week's episode

Okubo is probably new to most since her popularity upswing is pretty recent, but most 48-group fans should recognize Sanma. He's done a lot of variety appearances with the girls, including an ep of NMB's Geinin this year.

^ You know what, you're totally right. For some reason I thought to myself "they can just copy and paste the kanji and google it", but then I realized they'd only be getting search results in Japanese and Chinese. My bad [whew]

Sanma isn't the guest next episode. It's a comedian who impersonates him. They wouldn't let Sanma handle the second episode, especially since Ookuba is Jinrikisha and Sanma is Yoshimoto. Plus they would've made more pomp and circumstance like they did on Geinin.

And yeah, every week it's changing the senbatsu seat line up. All of the member who seat back always protesting their position every week. Hilarious show

Oh my gosh, this week's episode was phenomenal!
It's really multiple times better than the first episode ><

Nao's ero pose, and especially for the CM at the end :nb:
And damn, Ryouha's answers are just too darn precious >< I have to keep in mind she's still 15!
Otherwise, everyone else did a wonderful job too (Sad they didn't show all the girls' videos, I really wanted to see Rumi's promotion at least ><)
