2015
- Joined NGT48 as part of the first generation after passing the auditions in July.
- On August 21, was officially revealed as a member.
2016
- On January 10, was promoted to Team NIII (Team NIII formation).
- Released on March 9, Rena participated in her first song for Max Toki 315go on the 43rd AKB48 single Kimi wa Melody.
2017
- Released on April 12, was chosen for her first senbatsu position in NGT48's first single, Seishun Dokei.
2018
- On January 27th, appeared in film "Midnight Bus".
- On April 13, during the NGT48 Solo concert, affiliation to Team G was announced (Team G formation).
- Became a member on the Korean survival show Produce 48.
- Ranked in class D after the initial evaluation.
- Ranked in class F after the re-evaluation.
- Performed AoA's "Short Hair" during the first evaluation round. Her position was sub-vocal 2. Her team lost, with Rena gaining 50 votes in total from the live audience.
- Was eliminated in Episode 5 at 71st place with 47,766 votes.
- On June 18, placed in the General Election for the first time at #77.
2019
- On April 21, during the final performance of Team G's Saka Agari stage, announced her graduation alongside Yamaguchi Maho and Sugahara Riko.
- On April 18, had her graduation performance. No other members were present except for Yamaguchi Maho and Sugahara Riko.
- On June 10, it was announced she would join Tokyo-based seiyuu agency Crocodile.ltd starting from that date [1].
- On November 25th, the Japanese dub of Korean animated movie, "Pororo, the Snow Fairy Village Adventure" was released, for which she voiced main character Pororo.
2020
- On August 24th, her first photobook "Isshun no Hikari", was released.
2021
- On January 9th, anime "WIXOSS Diva(A)Live" began airing, marking her first prominent role in an anime.
